FEAST DAY OF SAINT ROSE OF LIMA

Today, we honor Saint Rose of Lima (1586–1617), the first canonized saint of the Americas. Known for her deep prayer, humility, and service to the poor, she dedicated her life entirely to God as a member of the Dominican Third Order. She was canonized in 1671.

NUTRITION MONTH 2025 Contest

Theme: “Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat!”
Sub-theme: “Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin"

Calling all talented, creative, and health-smart learners!

In celebration of Nutrition Month, we are launching exciting contests to promote health and nutrition awareness in fun and engaging ways! Join any of the following:

1. Nutri-Quiz Bee
Test your knowledge on food, nutrients, and healthy living!
Participants: Grade 3-6

2. Poster Making Contest
Showcase your creativity through art that promotes nutrition!
Materials: Bring your own (bond paper, crayons, etc.)
Participants: All grade level

3. Slogan Making Contest
Must reflect this year’s theme clearly and creatively!
Format: Short and catchy slogan (Filipino or English)
Materials: 1/8 illustration board, marker, pencil, ruler

4. Poem Writing Contest
Compose a short original poem promoting healthy eating. May be written in Filipino or English.

5. Jingle Making Contest
Create a short and catchy jingle about nutrition (to the tune of a known song or original)
Participants: Group or solo entries accepted!

Exciting prizes, certificates, and recognition await the winners!

To bless the opening of the new school year, our school will be holding a Mass of the Holy Spirit on June 18, 2025, at 8:00 AM in the Parish Church.
All pupils are required to attend. Parents are warmly encouraged to join us for this special occasion.
