Blessed and lucky to receive this certificate as a subscription winner—one of the few selected from the NLP Conference which was held at Chali Resort and Conference Center , CDO and awarded at Amaya View during the Governor's Night .. This is another achievement for the Leandro I. Verceles Sr. Memorial Library, the Provincial Library of Catanduanes.
