Hindi madali, pero kinaya! 💪
Congratulations to all the candidates from Balay Ni Tatay who underwent the OAP NC II Assessment today. Nahirapan, kinabahan, at talagang sinubok ni Assessor Jose Villacorte but in the end, COMPETENT lahat! Special thanks to TESDA Rep Joshua Jun Alonzo. Job well done, Junjie Awa-ao Muñez. 👍

We were happy to welcome two groups for their benchmarking activity this week: participants of the Coconut Farm Business School from Marabut, Samar, and Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries from Alangalang, Leyte undergoing Farm Business School training. Benchmarking is part of their training, giving farmers the chance to see, learn, exchange ideas, and bring home practices they can apply to their own farms.
Thank you for making Alde Farm part of your learning journey!

Happy Birthday, Malyn!
To one of our hardworking YIPOA interns, may you continue to grow,,,,not only in your skills, but also in confidence, wisdom, and courage to pursue your dreams in organic farming. Your hard work and willingness to learn are truly appreciated here at Alde Farm. Keep planting good seeds, Malyn. In time, you’ll be surprised at how beautiful the harvest can be.

Happy Birthday from your Alde Farm family! 🥰🥰🥰
