Briñas for having been selected as one of the two National Finalist and representatives of Bicol Region on the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines (TOBS) 2026 during the Bicol Regional Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines 2026 on August 21, 2026, at BSP Camarines Sur Council Office, Panganiban Drive, Naga City.

2𝐍𝐃 𝐊𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐎 𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐋𝐀–𝐓𝐔𝐊𝐀𝐃 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐄 (𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐁) 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐁𝐎𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐎𝐅 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐊𝐒⚜️

The Spirit of Scouting kept burning as Caranday National High School once again conducted its 2𝒏𝒅 𝑲𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒐 𝑨𝒈𝒊𝒍𝒂 – 𝑻𝒖𝒌𝒂𝒅 𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝑹𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑳𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝑹𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒔 on July 17-19, 2026. Another year, another chapter, another opportunity for Outfit 020 and for our young Scouts to learn and grow in the spirit of Scouting. ⚜️

The 2𝒏𝒅 𝑲𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒐 𝑨𝒈𝒊𝒍𝒂 – 𝑻𝒖𝒌𝒂𝒅 𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝑹𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑳𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝑹𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒔 was participated by 24 𝖲𝖾𝗇𝗂𝗈𝗋 𝖲𝖼𝗈𝗎𝗍𝗌 𝖿𝗋𝗈𝗆 𝖮𝗎𝗍𝖿𝗂𝗍 020 (CNHS); 16 𝖲𝖾𝗇𝗂𝗈𝗋 𝖲𝖼𝗈𝗎𝗍𝗌 𝖿𝗋𝗈𝗆 𝖮𝗎𝗍𝖿𝗂𝗍 003 (NPAMNHS); 6 𝖲𝖾𝗇𝗂𝗈𝗋 𝖲𝖼𝗈𝗎𝗍𝗌 𝖿𝗋𝗈𝗆 𝖮𝗎𝗍𝖿𝗂𝗍 011 (EPAMNHS); and 3 𝖲𝖾𝗇𝗂𝗈𝗋 𝖲𝖼𝗈𝗎𝗍𝗌 𝖿𝗋𝗈𝗆 𝖮𝗎𝗍𝖿𝗂𝗍 019 (INHS)—a total of 49 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬. ⚜️

It was successfully conducted thru the initiative of its Activity Point, Venturer Scout Steven Dave S. Briñas (Proponent) and was facilitated by Scout Leaders together with selected Venturer and Eagle Scouts of Baao District. ⚜️

This activity was made possible by the full force of the Institutional Scouting Committee of Caranday National High School thru the effort of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐁. 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐝 (Camp Director); 𝐒𝐋. 𝐑𝐮𝐛𝐲 𝐁. 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧, 𝐖𝐁𝐇 (Camp Chief); 𝐒𝐋. 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐁. 𝐔𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐨, 𝐖𝐁𝐇 (Activity and Training Director); 𝐒𝐋. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐉𝐚𝐲 𝐌. 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐚, 𝐰/𝐁𝐓𝐂 (Camp Program Director)—who rendered their selfless service for the entire duration of the Camp and as the Module Commanders of the Module Activities. ⚜️

Moreover, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the selected Venturer and Eagle Scouts who served as Camp Support Staff for rendering their service and proving the essence of leadership, passion and commitment to the Scouting Movement—thank you for keeping the spirit of scouting alive and for demonstrating the golden values of Scouting—your time and effort is the reason why this KATB was made possible. ⚜️
