This year, Merman Jiffy chose to celebrate his birthday in a truly magical way, by becoming a Merman!
A professional dancer and performer working on cruise ships, Jiffy has always had a deep love for the water, snorkeling and swimming. For him, mermaiding is the perfect combination of freediving as a sport and underwater movement as an art form.
As a dancer, he is drawn to the flow, grace, and fluidity of movement beneath the surface, where every wave, turn, and glide becomes part of an underwater performance.
And his ultimate dream? To swim alongside a school of fish, an aesthetic experience of a sardine run or swimwith aschool of jacks while wearing his merman tail! 🐟
