After the nerves, sweat, passion, and countless movements, we are proud to welcome our officially accepted auditionees to the Sedayag Dance Troupe.

You stepped into the audition room with a dream, gave it your all, and earned your place on the stage.

This is more than just a spot in a dance troupe—it’s the beginning of a new chapter, a new family, and countless stories waiting to be danced.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with Executive Order No. 50, Series of 2026, issued by the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, classes at all levels have been suspended on Friday, August 7, 2026, due to the reported increase in cases of conjunctivitis (sore eyes) and to allow schools to implement preventive health and sanitation measures.

As a result, the scheduled audition has been moved.

The stage is waiting, and so are we. Whether you’re ready to showcase your skills or take your first step into dance, this is your chance to be part of the Sedayag Dance Troupe.

Mechanics

* Each participant must perform a self-choreographed routine that best showcases their skills, creativity, musicality, and stage presence.
* Your choreography should reflect your own style and strengths.
* The performance must be 1 to 2 minutes only.
* Participants must bring their own edited music.
* Any dance genre is welcome
* Choose a style that allows you to perform at your best.
* Wear comfortable dance attire that allows you to move freely.
* Arrive at least 30 minutes before the audition starts for registration.
* Be respectful to fellow participants, judges, and organizers.
* Most importantly, enjoy the performance and give it your best.

Heads-up NANCians!!

The following individuals have been shortlisted during the audition; however, please note that this is not yet the final list. A choreography class will be held on Wednesday, July 2 at 1:00 PM as part of the final selection process, since there was not enough time to complete it this afternoon. The venue will be announced soon.

We look forward to seeing these dancers at the final screening. Thank you!
