ANNOUNCEMENT:
The DANHS COMELEC is now accepting applicants for the upcoming SSG Election for School Year 2015-2016

The following are the elective positions:
1 President
1 Vice President
1 Secretary
1 Treasurer
1 Auditor
1 P.I.O
1 Peace Officer
4 Grade Level Representatives (Grade 7 Grade 8, Grade 9 Representatives)

The candidates for all elective positions shall:
a.) Be bonafied students of Doña Aurora National High School
b.) Be of good ACdemic standing with a general average of 85 and above without any failing grade during the 1st to 3rd grading period of the current school year
c.) Be of good moral character
d.) Have not been subjected to any disciplinary action
e.) Have submitted the SSG Election Application Packet to be approved by a representative of the SSG Commission on Elections.

Here are the following schedules of activities in regards to the upcoming election of Grade 7 Representatives:

a. Filling of the Certificate of Candidacy is on June 17-19, 2014
b. Evaluation of COCs vis-à-vis Qualifications and Disqualifications is on June 21-22, 2014
c. Announcement of the Official List of Candidates is on June 23, 2014
d. Campaign Period (room to room campaign) is on June 26-27, 2014
e. Miting de Avance is on June 30, 2014 (Morning) 8:00-9:30 am
f. Election and Proclamation of winners is on June 30, 2014 (Afternoon) 1:00 pm.

Plese be reminded that the Miting De Avance will start tomorrow at 7:30 in the morning at the DANHS Gymnasium. The involved students are the Grade VII, Grade VIII and Third Year only. Voting will start at 12:30 in the afternoon.

Candidates should follow the desired time given to them to deliver their advocacies.

Bear in mind. A Ballot is stronger than a bullet so Vote Wisely :)
