School Guidance and Counseling Goal:
The goal of School Guidance and Counseling at Santa Teresita Academy Inc. The services will mark directions on the academic, personal, social, career and spiritual aspects of all students through individual, group, and school wide program. Through these comprehensive services, the school guidance and counseling services will guide all students in reaching their

highest capability and potentiality, aspire them to feel confident in their abilities, talents, and skills to succeed in all field of life. School Counseling Belief Statement:
*All students can learn and be an academically successful. (Proverbs 16:3)
*All students have God-given gifts and abilities that can be used at Santa Teresita Academy Inc. and beyond. (1 Corinthians 12:12-14)
*All students should be created with dignity and respect. (1 Peter 2:17)
*All students entitled to school counseling services. (Romans 12:9-13)

*Self-referral
*Peer referral
*Teacher or Staff referral
*Parent referral
*Request of the counselor
