School Program Implementation Review (SPIR) of the Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) School Year 2025โ2026
On June 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM, Calasipan Elementary School conducted the School Program Implementation Review (SPIR) of the Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) for School Year 2025โ2026. The activity was spearheaded by the School Head and attended by the members of the School Community Planning Team (SCPT).
The primary objective of the review was to conduct a comprehensive stock-taking of the school's PPAs, assessing their implementation, accomplishments, challenges, and overall effectiveness in achieving the school's targets. Each program coordinator presented the status of their respective PPAs, highlighting accomplishments, issues encountered, utilization of resources, and evidence of implementation.
Through collaborative discussions and analysis of implementation data, the participants evaluated every PPA and determined whether it should be continued, modified, or discontinued based on its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness to learners' needs and the school's priorities. Successful PPAs with positive outcomes were recommended for continuation, those requiring improvements were proposed for modification, while activities found to be no longer responsive or yielding minimal impact were recommended for discontinuation.
The outputs of the review will serve as essential inputs in the formulation of the Quality School Annual Implementation Plan (QSAIP) for School Year 2026โ2027, ensuring that planned activities are evidence-based, responsive to school needs, and focused on improving learners' outcomes.
The activity concluded with the School Head encouraging all personnel and stakeholders to sustain a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration in implementing programs that promote quality, inclusive, and learner-centered education.
