𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐔𝐄𝐓, 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 — Mr. Cesar Sucdad Martin, PhD, a Master Teacher II from Camp 30 Elementary School under the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Benguet, has been officially named one of the national recipients of the prestigious Ten Outstanding G**o Awards (TOGA) for 2026.

The annual search, spearheaded by the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Manila, recognizes and celebrates the dedication, innovation, and exemplary service of Filipino educators who continue to shape the future of the nation. Out of numerous nominees from across the country, Mr. Martin successfully advanced to the final roster of ten outstanding awardees, proudly representing the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) on the national stage.

In an official statement, DepEd CAR Regional Director Nicolas T. Capulong, PhD, CESO III, expressed the region’s pride and support for Mr. Martin's achievement and endorsed JCI Manila’s invitation for him to attend the official ceremonies.

The TOGA 2026 Awarding Ceremony and Celebration was held from June 19 to 20, 2026, in Manila. During the event, Mr. Martin received a trophy, a cash prize, and a printer in recognition of his exceptional contributions to education.

As part of the celebration, the awardees were treated to a National Museum Day Tour, where they visited the:

-National Museum of Natural History
-National Museum of Anthropology
-National Museum of Fine Arts

The initiative reflected JCI Manila’s thrust of promoting experiential and lifelong learning, emphasizing that the best way to learn is by seeing and experiencing it firsthand. Through this immersive cultural tour, the organization provided awardees with a meaningful opportunity to deepen their appreciation of Philippine history, arts, and heritage beyond the classroom setting.

In accordance with the national memorandum signed by Undersecretary Malcolm S. Garma, all official travel, accommodation, and meal expenses incurred by the awardees during the two-day event were fully covered by JCI Manila.
Expressing his gratitude after receiving the award, Mr. Martin said:

“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to JCI Manila for this recognition. I share this honor with my Atokian and Benguet learners, their supportive parents, my fellow Benguet educators, as well as my family and friends who have continually guided and inspired me. Your unwavering support and belief in me have made this achievement possible.”

The Camp 30 Elementary School community have expressed immense pride in Mr. Martin’s milestone, celebrating his commitment to learners, his passion for educational excellence, and his role as an inspiration to fellow educators throughout Benguet, the Cordillera region, and the entire country. 🏆 Benguet Futsal Team Wins Gold in CARAA Meet

The Benguet Futsal Team brought pride to the province after bagging gold in the CARAA (Cordillera Administrative Region Athletic Association) Meet held today at Benguet State University.

The gold-winning team, composed of learner-athletes from Camp 30 Elementary School, Calasipan Elementary School and Celo Haight Elementary School of the Atok District, displayed outstanding skills, teamwork, and determination throughout the competition.

Guiding the team to victory were Coach Donald D. Mayos, Assistant Coach Jake C. Caluza, Coach/Trainer Leopoldo Junior S. Telcagan and Chaperone Jessica Langtiwan, who supported the young athletes both on and off the court.

Learner-athletes from Camp 30 Elementary School included Ashly B. Alhido, Axa L. Alis, Shadeah M. Atew, Kieshie Care M. Camsit, Rasheda M. Dinoc, Shane Mae L. Fajardo, Jhaisy Faith P. Juan, Jennifer S. Noipe, Melverlyn P. Oras, Charlene T. Palgue, Nicole U. Thomas, and Jen Chenie N. Villanueva. From Calasipan Elementary School, the players were Hyshani Dane T. Dalmo, Crister Ann P. Cadnona, and from Celo Haight Elementary School, Jescia Mae O. Gao-ay.

The Benguet Futsal Team’s triumph marks a significant achievement for the province, highlighting the dedication of both the coaches and the learners in promoting sportsmanship and excellence in regional competitions.

“This victory is a testament to the hard work and perseverance of our learners,” said Coach Mayos. “We are proud to represent Benguet in the CARAA Meet. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the stakeholders who supported the team, including school personnel, parents, and school and community partners, for making this achievement possible.”

The team will now represent the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) in the Palarong Pambansa to be held in Agusan del Sur, aiming to continue their winning streak and inspire more young athletes in the community to pursue sports with discipline, teamwork, and determination.
