All TDP and TES scholars who are scheduled to attend the Orientation on the Revised Guidelines for TDP and TES on August 26, 2026 are advised to attend a coordination meeting this afternoon.

The upcoming orientation will cover the Revised Guidelines for TDP and TES under UniFAST Memorandum Circular Nos. 1 and 2, as well as discussions on LandBank PESO Accounts and Financial Literacy.

The meeting will focus on discussing and coordinating the scholarsโ€™ travel schedules and plans for attending the August 26 activity.

Eastern Samar State University Arteche Campus has formalized an agreement with the police personnel of the 801st Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) to further strengthen the safety and security of the university community.

Through this partnership, the 801st Maneuver Company โ€“ RMFB will provide additional security assistance within the ESSU Arteche campus, reinforcing ongoing efforts to maintain a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

This collaborative initiative reflects the shared commitment of ESSU Arteche and the Philippine National Police to promote peace and order, enhance campus safety, and ensure the welfare of the entire academic community.

Faculty members, staff, and students of Eastern Samar State University Arteche Campus actively participated in the Simultaneous Earthquake Drill as part of the institutionโ€™s continuing commitment to disaster preparedness and campus safety.

The activity provided participants with the opportunity to practice proper earthquake response procedures, including the โ€œDuck, Cover, and Holdโ€ technique and the orderly evacuation of buildings to designated safe areas. Through the drill, the university community reinforced its awareness of emergency protocols and the importance of preparedness during unforeseen events.

The Simultaneous Earthquake Drill serves as a reminder that readiness, coordination, and presence of mind are essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone during emergencies.
