With student welfare and safety at the forefront, Aritao National High School (ANHS) gathered learners on June 9, 2026, at the ANHS Gymnasium for an Anti-Bullying and Road Safety Symposium aimed at promoting responsible behavior, informed decision making, and a safer school community.

The program commenced with an introduction by Guidance Counselor Designate Helen De Guzman.

Emphasizing the importance of guidance counselling, she reminded learners that, โ€œshe is not a stranger; she is a friend.โ€

Prefect of Discipline Hector Ordoรฑez, formally welcomed the participants and speakers, underscoring the importance of maintaining a safe and supportive school environment.

Police Executive Master Sergeant Carlo B. Pascua served as one of the resource speakers and discussed road safety, educating students on responsible behavior and precautionary measures while on the road.

Police Task Sergeant Celeste G. Ecca also delivered a discussion on anti-bullying, highlighting its negative effects and encouraging students to practice respect and kindness toward others.

Grade 12 Teacher Haricane T. Rodillas reinforced the essence of the symposium, reminding learners of their responsibility in making sound choices.

โ€œTayo ang may kontrol sa ating galaw, desisyon, at direksyon,โ€ said Rodillas.

The program concluded with the closing remarks of Aruel Gapasin, marking the end of the informative and meaningful activity.

Through initiatives such as this, ANHS continues to foster a culture of safety, discipline, and respect among its learners.

Nagtipon-tipon ang mga mag-aaral at g**o ng Aritao National High School sa gymnasium ng paaralan nitong Lunes, ika-8 ng Hunyo, 2026, para sa opisyal na pagbubukas ng Taong Panuruan 2026-2027. Ginanap ang isang pangkalahatang asamblea upang ihatid ang mga paunang oryentasyon at ipakilala ang mga g**o sa mga estudyante. Sa pamamagitan ng masiglang programang ito, matagumpay na nakuha ng pamunuan ang atensyon at kooperasyon ng lahat para sa isang produktibong taon ng pag-aaral.

Bilang hudyat ng pagsisimula ng Brigada Eskwela 2026, nagsagawa ng programang paglulunsad ang Aritao National High School (ANHS) noong Hunyo 1, 2026 sa gymnasium ng paaralan upang pormal na ilunsad ang taunang paghahanda para sa nalalapit na pagbubukas ng klase. Sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang pagkilos at diwa ng bayanihan, isinusulong ng paaralan ang pagpapanatili ng malinis, ligtas, at kaaya-ayang kapaligiran para sa mga mag-aaral.

"Hindi sukatan ng talino at yaman ang pagkuha ng kurso."

Ito ang mga katagang tumatak sa puso at isip ng mga incoming Grade 11 ANHSians na, matapos ang isinagawang oryentasyon para sa bagong Strengthened Senior High School (SHS) Program, sa Aritao National High School (ANHS) gymnasium.

Kalakip ng inilabas na bagong programa ng Department of Education (DepEd) para sa mga papasok sa SHS, nagkaroon ng maagang paghahanda upang mas matulungan ang mga mag-aaral sa pagpili ng tracks na maghahanda sa kanila para sa kolehiyo.

Ang dating sistema na walong strand na mayroon 15 core subjects ay ginawa na lamang dalawang track.

Sa bagong kalakaran, limang core subjects na lamang ang tatahakin ng mga estudyante upang mas magkaroon sila ng pokus sa karera na kanilang pipiliin.

Ngunit hindi lamang ang bagong programa ang magsisisilbing gabay ng mga estudyante.

โ€œHindi lang ang programa ang tutulong sa inyong mga nag-aaral, bagkus isang malaking tulong ang inyong sarili. Dahil kung patuloy ninyong 'ibababy' ang inyong sarili at kung patuloy kayong iingatan ng mga g**o, magiging lampa kayo sa takbo ng buhay. Kaya't nandito kaming mga g**o ninyo upang bigyan kayo ng armasโ€”armas na maghahanda sa inyo sa tunay na buhay.โ€ ani SHS Assistant School Principal Designate Jayson I. Pascua.

Maaaring nakakatakot o nakakapanabik ang bagong programang inilabas ng DepEd, ngunit hindi ito dahilan upang hintuan ang pag-abot sa mga pangarap. Isa lamang itong simbolo na mas marami pang paraan at leksyon ang ibinibigay sa atin.

Kaya naman, sa gabay ng bagong programang ito, kailangan pag-isipan ng mga mag-aaral ng mabuti ang kursong kanilang tatahakin para sa kanilang kinabukasan.

To recognize the honor students and their outstanding academic performance for school year 2025-2026, Aritao National High School (ANHS) successfully celebrated its 33rd recognition rites held at Aritao Growth Center on March 27.

Guided by the theme: "Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character," the students of ANHS gathered to receive their medals and celebrate their success and perseverance alongside their supportive parents and dedicated teachers.

Erlinda D. Racca, Assistant Principal for Junior High School, highlighted the main purpose of the event in her speech, bringing message of inspiration to the students.

"Today is not only a day of recognition, but also a day of reflection and inspiration," said Racca in her opening remarks.

Meanwhile, School Principal Oscar T. Castro Jr. acknowledged the excellence and efforts of the learners.

โ€œWe are here today to celebrate the academic excellence and remarkable success and passion the learners has dispensed in their journey here in ANHS,โ€ said Castro.

During the program, Engr. Renante P. Andres, Jr., Guest Speaker, took the stage and delivered words of inspiration to the students of ANHS.

"Success doesnโ€™t just come to you, you have to actually try and get yourself out there," said Andres.

As the recognition rites slowly reached its end, the medals and certificates solidified the whole of ANHSโ€™ commitment to continue working hand-in-hand in nurturing future leaders and responsible citizens.
