Since your Pisay Connect credentials are not yet available, the dormitories will distribute printed copies of the Student Leave Pass today to interns planning to go home tomorrow.

Interns may request a printed Student Leave Pass from any dormitory personnel on duty.

The Residence Hall Unit would like to share the upcoming schedule of activities for the dormitory:

June 28, 2026: Billeting of EDGE Participants
The dormitories will welcome incoming Grade 7 scholars from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Note: Room and bed assignments will be posted in the dormitories. You may also ask for assistance from the dormitory personnel upon arrival.

July 11, 2026: Start of Billeting for All Interns of SY 2026-2027
The dormitories will open for check-in from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Note: Room and bed assignments are pre-determined and are not on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific details will be posted in the interns' respective group chats.

Please take note of the temporary adjustments to the Student Services Division (SSD) schedule this week:

🔴 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻: Tuesday to Thursday (June 9-11, 2026)
🔴𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀: the Offices of the SSD Chief, Dorm Managers, and Guidance Services
🟢𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲: The Office of the School Registrar remains OPEN to cater to all clients.

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗦𝗛𝗦-𝗖𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗖 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 in observance of Independence Day (Regular Holiday per Proclamation No. 1006 s. 2025).

Depending on exactly what kind of pin you need to copy and paste, you have a few options:

Please see the instructions below on how to properly fill out the residence hall forms:

1. Residence Hall Application Form

-Completely fill out all details, including Name, Occupation, Name and Address of Employer/Business, Contact Details, and Home Address.
- Write "N/A" for items that are not applicable.

2. Parent’s/Guardian’s Waiver

- Choose one (1) box only.
- Parents may opt to affix their signatures beside the selected box.
- Write your full name, signature, and date on the spaces provided (for both student and parent).

3. List of Appliances/Electrical Devices Form

- Indicate the wattage for all registered devices.
- Write "N/A" for items that are not applicable.
- Write your full name and affix your signature on the space provided.

4. Residence Hall Contract

- Both the parent and student must affix their signatures at the bottom of pages 1 and 2.
- Print your full name and affix your signature on the space provided on page 3.
- This form must be duly notarized (3 copies)
- One for the Notary Public, one for the student, and one for the Dormitory Manager.

NOTE:

- Residence Hall forms are official ISO forms.
- Do not use correction tape or fluid.
- For corrections, draw a single strike-through over the error and countersign (affix your initials) beside it.

The dormitories will accommodate returning interns on Sunday, April 5, 2026.
