All enrolled students are advised to log in to their SIS (Student Information System) Portal to:

✅ Check your Certificate of Registration (COR)
✅ Verify your study load and block section for any errors
✅ Download your COR in PDF format for your records

To ensure proper access and viewing of important documents such as the COR (Certificate of Registration) and CPR (College Permanent Record), please install a PDF Reader app on your device if you haven’t done so yet.

📝 If you find any discrepancies, kindly report them immediately to the MIS Office, Program Chairperson, or the Enrollment Committee for prompt assistance.
