📌 For CTU STUDENTS RUNNERS:

👉 Submit your Medical Certificate (photocopy) to HM Room 1 on December 4, 2024, and we’ll handle the rest!
👉 Remember to print and fill out the Parent’s Consent Form—this is a must!

📌 For CTU NON- STUDENT/ OUTSIDERS:

👉 You only need to submit your Parent’s Consent Form during the race kit distribution on December 6, 2024. No more Eligibility Form required!

✨ Let’s make this an exciting and smooth event for everyone! Make sure to meet the deadlines, and we’ll see you on the track!
