Day 1 of the Ikigai Leadership Summit 2026 came to a meaningful close through a heartfelt bonfire session—marking not just the end of a day, but the beginning of deeper connections and realizations.

Each house faced different obstacles that revealed what it truly means to be a servant leader—not just leading with strength, but with trust, collaboration, and heart.
