Today, our Junior High School students actively participated in the Nationwide School Safety Drill 2026, an important school-wide activity designed to strengthen awareness, preparedness, and appropriate response during emergencies and disasters.

The activity was organized under the leadership of our School Principal, Sir Rodolfo S. Santos, in coordination with our School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (SDRRM) Coordinator, Sir Jao Flores. Their leadership and careful coordination ensured that the drill was properly implemented and that students, teachers, and school personnel were guided throughout the activity.

The safety drill was also observed and attended by representatives from the Arayat Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP). Their presence provided valuable support and helped reinforce the importance of proper emergency procedures, safety protocols, discipline, and cooperation during disaster situations.

The drill allowed our students and school personnel to practice essential emergency procedures, including staying calm, following instructions, properly evacuating classrooms and school premises, proceeding to designated assembly areas, and accounting for the safety of everyone involved. Through actual participation, students were given the opportunity to develop the confidence and awareness needed to respond appropriately during unforeseen emergencies.

More than simply being a routine activity, the Nationwide School Safety Drill 2026 serves as an essential part of building a culture of safety and preparedness within the school community. Regular drills help students and personnel become familiar with emergency routes and procedures, reduce confusion and panic during actual disasters, and promote quick and organized responses. They also help the school identify possible areas for improvement in its disaster preparedness and emergency response plans.

The active participation of our Junior High School students demonstrates that preparedness begins with awareness, discipline, and practice. By equipping our learners with the knowledge and skills to respond during emergencies, we help protect lives and create a safer learning environment for everyone.

We extend our appreciation to Sir Rodolfo S. Santos, Sir Jao Flores, the Arayat BFP and PNP representatives, our teachers, school personnel, and most especially our Junior High School students for their cooperation and commitment to making the activity successful.

Safety is everyone's responsibility. Preparedness saves lives.
Through continuous training, cooperation, and awareness, our school community becomes better prepared to face emergencies and protect one another.

IN PHOTOS: September 18, 2026 I School Sports Club Form Validation Strengthens Sports Program in East Zone Private Schools

On September 17, 2026, various Sports Coordinators, School Principals, and Game Supervisors from private schools in the East Zone gathered for the School Sports Club Form Validation, together with representatives from the Division of Schools Office (DSO) of Pampanga.

The activity served as an important avenue for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the required School Sports Club forms and documents. It also provided an opportunity for school representatives to clarify concerns, receive guidance, and ensure that their respective sports programs are properly aligned with the standards and requirements of the Division.

The participation of the DSO Pampanga representatives was particularly significant as they provided technical assistance and clarification regarding the proper preparation, submission, and validation of sports-related documents. Their guidance helped school personnel better understand the processes involved and promoted consistency and accountability among participating schools.

More importantly, the activity emphasized the vital role of sports in the holistic development of learners. A well-organized school sports program provides students with opportunities to develop discipline, teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, perseverance, and respect. It also helps identify and nurture learners who demonstrate potential in various athletic disciplines.

The gathering likewise strengthened collaboration and coordination among private schools within the East Zone. By bringing together school leaders and sports personnel, the activity encouraged the sharing of experiences, best practices, and strategies that can contribute to the improvement of sports programs and the delivery of meaningful athletic opportunities for learners.

Overall, the School Sports Club Form Validation was not merely a compliance activity but an important step toward building a more organized, inclusive, and sustainable school sports program. Through the cooperation of school administrators, sports coordinators, game supervisors, and the DSO Pampanga, schools can continue to provide quality sports experiences that contribute to the physical, social, emotional, and character development of every learner.

AHCEFI is currently participating in the Nationwide School Safety Drill in coordination with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
