BLOOMING VICTORY

Since the DAWN has come into existence,the germinating journalists of PANAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL organized an editorial pool. The editorial staff took an opportune venue to use the power of the pen in proclaiming the resounding success of PES.
We unitedly shout and give glory to God for the three-year existence of the DAWN for the budding campus journalists can exercise their freedom through writing. From year to year, the learner participate in different competitions and able to garner awards to store in our school granary.

Just recently, the young writers attended the District Schools Press Conference 2025 and Many of them brought home beacons as a manifestation of victory.

Go! budding journalists! Let your buds bloom with victory and let the beams of the DAWN ignite to bring the sweet scent of PES as we widen our horizon..

* Surprise Blessings...
* Forever Grateful....

Panay Elementary School received health supplies from the Department of Health, province of Apayao through the leadership of Dr. Marc Joleen M. Calban and our beloved governor, Hon. Elias C. Bulut Jr. This can help combat the emerging spread of virus among school children and teachers.
We the teaching staff and parents of PES extend our heartfelt gratitude to the whole staff of DOH Apayao and to our supportive governor.

May God bless you in return po.
Mabuhay ang Apayao!!!

Panay Elementary School implements the 2nd Catch-up Friday for the Drop Everything And Read (DEAR) Program. The School Head Mrs. Teresita Hipolito oriented the teachers and some stakeholders regarding the implementation of Catch-up Fridays.

Teachers were guided by the NRP Guidelines on how to facilitate this program to provide the learners with the opportunity to immerse in independent reading, silent and oral with the reading materials in their own level.

Varied activities were implemented by every class just to make reading for fun so that learners are not bored with the reading activity for the whole day.
