Social medias now a days have great impact to people. Through social medias, people have easy access to different events that occurs not only in your residence but even to other places world wide. It becomes a medium in which people interacts within each other specially those who are far from each other.
Social media also becomes bridge to other peoples voices, to be heard their expression of feelings, opinions on the ongoing issues, complaints and even suggestions that could be useful to its respondents.
Although social are being used to criticize other people, spreading of fake news, posting unnecessary activities and even used on criminal acts. Due to these circumstances, social media makes restrictions on people who are using it as a way of criminal acts, the Government and the Social Media's Operators have pass a bill which to counter this people, known as the "Anti-Cyber Crime Acts". This act states that any violators to commits such an act will pay damages, penalties and even be confined.
So we have to always think on how and what should we do when we are using social medias in our life. Social media is a big factor that we can use to guide us specially right now we are encountering pandemic and we need to use social medias to have access to events and communicate to others.

As technology advances and as media grew widely, disinformation spreads faster than before.

The occurance of fake news has increased with the rise of social media especially on facebook. People tend to believe what they read without checking the source of information and without digging more information about the topic they are focusing on. People also spread false information without them knowing. Those false stories can lead to devastating events and can even ruin one's life.

We should not let ourselves be manipulated by untrue informations. Do not share information unless you are certain. We cannot stop other people in making fabricated, false contents but we can stop spreading it.

FAKE NEWS CAN DESTROY TRUST.LET US EDUCATE ONE ANOTHER AND LET US FIGHT FAKE NEWS. SPREAD TRUTHS!

Fake news is everywhere. This is the greatest challenge we are facing specially that we are in the middle of this pandemic. All of us depends on the information providers like internet for us to be informed always.

Using of social media is the way of everyone to inform,communicate, and entertain. With the use of it, some of us are easily trusting the information they've read for once. For you? Are you really contented or satisfied by just reading only one article? Have you ever thought that the information you read is fact or bluff?

Well, have a second opinion. Don't let yourself turn into an ignorant person. So lets start to be responsible. THINK BEFORE YOU SHARE! And I believe that we can do this. Great power comes with great responsibility. LET'S STAND AGAINST FAKE NEWS!

Distorted Information, simple term yet needs a broad understanding in order to avoid such negative censequences affecting not only one but everyone inside a society. People need not only to know an information but should be aware of the sources of information that could be a reliable one for everyone's own good. Distorted Information is a scam, not after peoples money but for people over all safety. One should be aware of his sources(reliable) for he will also become a source for someone else. We can't stop FAKE NEWS from being made but we can stop sharing it.

Fake news is nothing new, but the new is how people easily share information both true and false on a massive scale.

Social media platforms allow almost anyone to publish their thoughts. Some people don’t check the source of the material that they view online before they share it. It will become harder to identify the original source of news stories, which can make it difficult to assess their accuracy.

BE AWARE OF FAKE NEWS! IT AFFECT BEHAVIOR AND IT ENCOURAGES PEOPLE TO EXAGGERATE THE TRUTH, AND TO SPEAD RUMORS.

As time passes by, we are becoming chained to social network. By that we are being increasingly exposed by new rules and new information flows that can really control our mind, make us believe what is true and what Is far away from truth.

False information and media manipulation will always be with us. But the changes to technology and media consumption have made it harder to detect information .

So what are we going to do?
Being a student who are also part of Generation Z, we should recognize the things we share especially in social media . We should critically think about how we can contribute to betterment of our society.

LETS STAND TOGETHER TO FIGHT AGAINTS FAKENEWS

Social media has become part of our lives we can not even imagine the world with different social media channels.We are all aware of how important social media affect our lives but sometimes we need to be aware on how to use social media.

In this Generation we need to be responsible for using social media because nowadays a lot of misinformation is spending in our lives. We also need to understand whether it is true or false news. Because it is vulnerable for us as citizens. We can fight the spread of false news if everyone remains responsible for the use of social media.

Do not just believe the news that post on social media because not everything you read in social media is true so we must be responsible in our actions. Every action has a consequence. Think critically before you post a something. BE SMART!

Fake news is one of the problem in our society.It can be lead to confusion and misunderstanding.We must have enough knowledge in identifying the truths and the false.It is disastrous so we need to stop this.

BEWARE OF FALSE KNOWLEDGE IT IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN IGNORANCE.WE CAN'T STOP FAKE NEWS FROM BEING MADE, BUT WE CAN STOP SHARING IT.

In today's generation, especially we are in the middle of worldwide pandemic and crisis, we need to be alert and informed always.
As of now FAKE NEWS has been anywhere in the internet which have been the root of most misinformation that leads to confusion, because many doesn't know how to differentiate a fake from fact or some doesn't care at all.
Some people edit pictures just to spread humour and exaggeration and critisize others stupidity or mistakes. These actions greatly affect how people bahave and respond. Their ignorance easily bite disinformation that gives negative impact.
As the hope of our nation, let us all stand together to combat and fight against the spread of fake news or disinformation.
