Through his insightful session ‘FARward Thinking: Precision in Financial Accounting,’ our final resource speaker, Mr. Felix George S. Laggui, CPA, MBA, CTT, an esteemed professional in the field of auditing and academe, taught us that true excellence in accounting is found in precision and clarity. In her talk ‘Guardians of Accuracy: Strengthening the Audit Profession,’ our fourth resource speaker, Atty. Lyka Josefa S. Chua-Laggui, CPA, a distinguished auditor and legal professional, and another proud alumna of our institution, reminded us that auditors are not just examiners of numbers, but protectors of trust and guardians of integrity. Her inspiring message showed us that the profession demands courage, responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to truth.

In his talk ‘OJT Unlocked: Essential Practices Every Future Accountant Should Know,’ Mr. July Adam Cabalbag, our third Resource Speaker, an alumnus of our institution and a respected professional in his field showed us that growth begins when we step outside of our comfort zones. He reminded us that OJT is not just a requirement but a journey of discovery—where we learn resilience, discipline, and adaptability.

For the first day of JPIA Day, Mr. Renz Gerald Acuesta, CPA, another alumnus of our institution kicked-off the afternoon session discussing "Balancing the Books: Unlocking the Basics of Accounting".

He walked us through the essentials of basic accounting, reminding us that mastering the foundations is key to understanding the bigger picture. His insights showed us that this topic is a building block toward accuracy and financial clarity.
