𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐳! From being part of our chapter to standing among the young student leaders of 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐈𝐈, this recognition reflects a journey shaped by more than achievement alone. It speaks of the time, effort and service poured into every responsibility entrusted to you. 🫶🏻

And perhaps this is what makes this moment especially meaningful for us. We may now call you an alumnus, but seeing one of our own reach a place like this makes the distance between then and now feel a little smaller. The lessons once carried within the halls of 𝐋𝐚 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 have found their way beyond them, into bigger spaces and greater opportunities.

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒏, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆. ✨

On August 17, the 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 of 𝐉𝐏𝐈𝐀-𝐋𝐕𝐂𝐂 continued 𝐋.𝐄.𝐀.𝐃. – 𝐋𝐂𝐀𝐬 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 through their respective 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. Each department introduced its people, its purpose and the work entrusted to it. The discussion went beyond simply knowing what a department does, it allowed the LCAs to understand where their responsibilities begin, where they may extend and how their work contributes to the larger movement of the Local Chapter.

They were also given the opportunity to know the LEOs they would be working with, understand their primary and secondary responsibilities and recognize that being assigned to one department does not place them in isolation. There will be moments when their hands will meet those of another department, especially when an event calls for everyone to work as one. 🤍

From the everyday department workflow to accountability and ownership, asking for help, handling unfinished tasks and working through the challenges that come before, during and after an event, the session placed emphasis on something simple but important: 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤.

And perhaps that is where 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐁𝐀𝐘 becomes more tangible, not only in learning the responsibilities written beside a position but in understanding the people, processes and commitments that come with it. With every department carrying its own part of the work, the 𝐋.𝐄.𝐀.𝐃. journey continues, not with loud promises but with a 𝒄𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒓 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒖𝒑, 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. 🫶🏻

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞. 🌊⛵

𝐋.𝐄.𝐀.𝐃. 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟏 | 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞

𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒔 𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒂𝒔𝒌 𝒊𝒔 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏, 𝒊𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒉𝒚 𝒘𝒆 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆. ✨

On August 16, the newly appointed 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 of 𝐉𝐏𝐈𝐀-𝐋𝐕𝐂𝐂 stepped into the first day of 𝐋.𝐄.𝐀.𝐃. – 𝐋𝐂𝐀𝐬 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, carrying with them not just a newly entrusted title, but the responsibility to grow into it. Anchored on “𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐁𝐀𝐘: 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒕” the day brought together learning, reflection and a few moments that let each department show its own character.

The evening opened with familiar faces, new introductions and a little department pride as the associates answered the roll call through the 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥. From there came words of welcome from the leaders who had walked the same halls before them, followed by a glimpse of the federation they are now part of through the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 🫶🏻

As the evening unfolded, the associates were introduced not only to the organization they now serve but also to the responsibilities that come with their positions. Through the 𝐉𝐏𝐈𝐀 𝐎𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐖𝐡𝐲 and 𝐉𝐏𝐈𝐀 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐩, titles slowly became clearer, roles became more familiar and the reasons behind choosing to serve found their own place in the conversation. It also made room to celebrate those whose dedication had already left a mark through the 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, a reminder that service, when done with heart, never goes unnoticed.

And somewhere between the introductions, the laughter, the learning and the moments of reflection, something began to take shape. Not simply a group of associates learning what they have to do but young leaders beginning to understand what it means to carry a responsibility beyond themselves. 🤍

This marks the first step in 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐁𝐀𝐘, strengthening not just the officer they are but the leaders they are becoming. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬. 🌊⛵

You know how to express what you think without unnecessary sugarcoating yet you also know how to choose the right words when someone needs comfort, encouragement or simply someone who understands. Your words carry both honesty and intention, and that is a gift not everyone possesses.

You make sure that the documents and requirements we need are properly processed so that our plans can move forward. Behind every paper that gets signed, every notice that reaches its destination and every record carefully kept is someone who understands that even the details matter when it comes to serving an organization. Happy Sabbath Anniversary to our July Celebrants! Above all, we give thanks to God for another year of life and for the opportunity to continue learning, growing and walking in His ways. Every member has something to contribute. A word that encourages, a hand that helps, a service faithfully given or even a simple effort made for the good of another can become part of the work that strengthens the whole body. On July 29, 2026, the 𝐉𝐏𝐈𝐀-𝐋𝐕𝐂𝐂 came together for the 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐳 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐥, an academic initiative led by the Academics Department with the support of the Local Executive Officers and supervised by 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐄𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐫𝐮𝐠. Bringing students into one room for a battle of concepts, calculations and quick decisions, the competition gave participants an opportunity to put their accounting knowledge to the test. ✨

The competition unfolded through the 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲, 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 and 𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 with bonus rounds adding another layer of challenge along the way. Every question called for more than simply knowing the answer—it demanded focus, careful thinking and the confidence to stand by what one had learned.
