Dr. Algie Juridico, widely known as Teacher AL, is an accomplished educator, researcher, and leader in Special Needs Education and Early Childhood Development. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and Valedictorian with the degree, Bachelor of Elementary Education with specialization in Special Education. He further earned his Master of Arts in Education major in Early Childhood Education, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and completed his Doctor of Education major in Educational Management with Meritissimus distinction.

Dr. Juridico is also a Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) Topnotcher in September 2016 and has received recognition as an Outstanding SPED Teacher of Region III.

With more than 10 years of teaching and leadership experience, he currently serves as an Education Program Supervisor in the Department of Education for Special Needs Education and Kindergarten, where he leads initiatives in inclusive education, teacher training, and program development.

He is internationally trained and certified as a US-Certified Assessor for the Battelle Developmental Inventory (BDI) and the Woodcock-Johnson V Assessment Tool. He is also a US-Accredited Program Trainer for the Creative Curriculum and GOLD Assessment System, supporting schools and educators in implementing high-quality early childhood and inclusive education programs.

Through his work, Dr. Juridico continues to champion data-driven, inclusive, and learner-centered education for all children.

***MARIA RICIA NAVARRO JURIDICO, LPT, MASPEDDD
Special Education Teacher | Developmental Delay Specialist

Teacher Sha is a dedicated Special Education Teacher with over 13 years of experience in SPED and preschool education. She earned her Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Special Education and completed her Master of Arts in Special Education with specialization in Developmental Delays.

Throughout her career, Teacher Sha has worked extensively with learners with diverse developmental needs, focusing on early intervention, individualized instruction, and inclusive classroom practices. Her teaching approach emphasizes structured learning, patience, and strong collaboration with families to help children achieve meaningful progress.

Her commitment to excellence in special education has earned her recognition as an Outstanding SPED Teacher. In addition to her teaching expertise, she also nurtures children’s creativity through her talents in arts and music, which she integrates into engaging and child-centered learning experiences.

Teacher Sha is passionate about helping every learner build independence, confidence, and essential developmental skills.

***Kristine Hazel P. Fabay, LPT (Teacher Ten)
SPED Specialist | Inclusive Education Consultant

Kristine Hazel P. Fabay, affectionately known as Teacher Ten, is a highly skilled SPED Specialist and Consultant with 14 years of experience in special needs education and preschool teaching. She is known for her dedication to creating inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments for children with diverse learning needs.

Teacher Ten holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and completed her Professional Education certification. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Special Education (MASPED).

Her expertise includes the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for learners with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, and other developmental challenges. She is also trained in evidence-based teaching strategies, curriculum adaptation, assistive technology integration, and behavior management.

Teacher Ten has completed specialized professional trainings including ASD Strategies in Action (OCALI), Thompson Center Autism Training at the University of Missouri, and Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training. She is also working toward certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Autism Partnership Foundation.

A collaborative professional, Teacher Ten works closely with parents, therapists, and teachers to support each child’s social-emotional development, independence, and academic success.

***Richard P. Alfaro, RN, LPT, MAEd
Special Education Teacher | Developmental Interventionist | Registered Nurse

Richard P. Alfaro is a highly experienced Special Education Teacher, Developmental Interventionist, and Registered Nurse with over 13 years of professional experience in special education, therapy settings, and clinical care. His unique background in both healthcare and education allows him to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to supporting children with developmental needs.

He earned his Master of Arts in Special Education with specialization in Developmental Delays and is both a Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT).

Teacher Richard has extensive experience working in therapy centers, schools, and home-based intervention programs, supporting learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, Speech and Language Delays, learning disabilities, and behavioral regulation needs.

He has received specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through the Autism Partnership Foundation and has additional expertise in behavior management, early intervention, teletherapy, and individualized education planning.

Parents appreciate Teacher Richard for his calm, compassionate, and structured approach, as well as his ability to collaborate effectively with families, therapists, and schools to support each learner’s growth.

His work focuses on helping children develop functional academic skills, communication abilities, social interaction, and independence.
