By aligning with national disaster risk reduction and management mandates, LVCC actively translates preparedness into an institutional habit. This dedication ensures our campus remains a secure, resilient environment for holistic learning.

Rather than creating new pathways, Senior Management utilized comprehensive Pre-Strategic Planning Dossiers to evaluate cross-departmental progress, monitor high-level KPIs, and bridge operational gaps. The session focused on solidifying our institutional alignment and refining our Annual Strategic Implementation Plans (ASIPs) to secure long-term sustainability across Years 2 through 5 of the master plan.

To ensure seamless, school-wide operations, our administrative leaders collaborated to address risk management, compliance, and privacy across all sectors. This top-level alignment guarantees that our financial resources, human assets, information systems, and general administrative services are perfectly synchronized to support the entire academic community.

* 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Finalized a Sustainability Alignment Plan to maintain operational excellence across all future academic terms.

With our institutional blueprints established, the Senior Management moves forward with shared responsibility and a clear vision. By grounding our governance in accountability and compliance, we are paving a resilient path for our academic community. With God’s help and mercy, we anticipate a future of seamless synergy, stable growth, and enduring excellence for every La Verdadian.

#𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 | 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗩𝗖𝗖 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

𝗟𝗮 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. successfully concluded its two-day 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 held last June 1 to 2, 2026. Guided by the theme, "𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,” the Administrator/Principal, Assistant Principals, Homeschool Coordinator, Christian Ministry and Values Formation Dept Lead Coordinator, Academic Affairs Coordinator, Subject Coordinators, Compliance Officer for Basic Education, Librarian, Discipline Officer for JHS, SHS, and Higher Education Department, Prefect of Students Affairs and Services, and Registrar shifted their focus from conceptual planning toward disciplined ex*****on, data-driven evaluation, and long-term sustainability.

To guarantee institutional readiness, the team meticulously structured this operational framework to 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 in accordance with the Department of Education (DepEd) school calendar. This proactive, phased preparation ensures that resource prioritization, regulatory compliance enhancements, and academic adjustments are effectively sustained across all three terms.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Over the course of the two-day review, the academic leadership team achieved the following milestones:

* 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗣𝗜𝘀: Assessed key performance metrics, organizational strengths, and areas for development.
* 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Evaluated academic KPI data, learner gaps, and stakeholder feedback to uncover root causes and design targeted intervention plans.
* 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Updated our Annual Strategic Implementation Plans (ASIPs) to bridge operational gaps with practical academic solutions.
* 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Finalized Year 2 commitments to ensure seamless educational delivery and full DepEd compliance throughout the entire school year.

Ultimately, these strategic efforts center entirely on the students. LVCC is closing classroom learning gaps, upgrading vital school services, and ensuring that curriculum delivery directly addresses the evolving needs of our learners.

Because plans alone do not create results, our success relies on disciplined implementation, consistent monitoring, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The true measure of this program will be our collective ability to sustain responsive, learner-centered excellence in the months ahead.

With God’s help and mercy, let us now move from planning to ex*****on, commitment to action, strategy to results, and readiness to excellence in every term.

#𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 | 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗩𝗖𝗖 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Marking a decisive milestone in our journey toward global academic quality, 𝗟𝗮 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. convened its Higher Education Department for the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 on May 28 to 29, 2026. Embracing the institutional theme, “𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,” our Chancellor, program heads, and key coordinators synchronized their efforts to transition long-term visions into concrete, everyday operations.

The two-day program was highly systematic and results-driven. On the first day, the leadership team utilized data-rich dossiers to dissect departmental performance, Quality Assurance (QA) compliance, and student affairs workflows. Building on these insights, day two focused entirely on ex*****on: reshaping KPI targets, optimizing resource allocation plans, and finalizing Annual Strategic Implementation Plans (ASIPs) to secure institutional sustainability for Year 2 and beyond.

To elevate our academic standing and expand institutional horizons, the department integrated key international benchmarks into its operational commitments. We have aligned our priorities to support the 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮, contribute to the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 (𝗦𝗗𝗚𝘀), and strengthen our readiness for global frameworks like the 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗪𝗨𝗥𝗜).

At its core, this strategic alignment is a direct promise to our learners. These commitments remain firmly anchored in our founding mission of serving poor but deserving students through quality education. By bridging local service with global standards, we ensure our students receive transformative educational experiences, expanded learning opportunities, and globally competitive professional training.

𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀

Through the collaboration of our academic and administrative leaders, the Higher Education Department has completed the following:

* 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀: Reviewed core performance, verified operational KPIs, and updated institutional PPAs.
* 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗽𝘀: Identified root causes of departmental issues to deploy targeted, data-driven interventions.
* 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Audited QA standards and TESDA compliance to protect institutional integrity.
* 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀: Completed updated ASIPs and secured firm departmental operational commitments for Year 2 ex*****on.

We recognize that the true value of this program lies in the consistency of our implementation in the months ahead. The Higher Education Department stands ready to cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all units.
