𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗦 (𝗧𝗢𝗥) 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

The University Student Council (USC), in coordination with the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), would like to inform the graduating students of the Class of 2026 that requests to acquire their Transcript of Records (TOR) are now being accommodated during office hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

For graduating students who wish to acquire their TOR but are currently outside the country or province, an authorized representative may process and claim the document on their behalf. The representative must present an authorization letter, a valid identification card (ID) of the student, and three (3) specimen signatures.

Please be advised that for other important details, such as the release date, processing time, and other requirements, students are encouraged to coordinate directly with the OUR for proper clarification and assistance.

The USC remains committed to assisting and guiding the student body in addressing concerns and raising matters that promote the welfare and interests of all students.

In view of the continuing effects of the prevailing weather conditions affecting various areas in the Province of Pampanga, many students continue to face challenges, particularly in attending face-to-face classes. Accordingly, Pampanga State University announces the implementation of the following class arrangements on September 9 to 11, 2026, across all campuses:

• All classes and academic activities shall shift to synchronous online learning.
• Onsite transactions for the Graduate School shall proceed as scheduled.
• For the School of Law, the mode of classes shall be determined at the discretion of the Dean.

Everyone is encouraged to continue monitoring official announcements and to prioritize their safety and well-being amid the prevailing weather conditions.

Furthermore, this advisory shall be superseded by any subsequent advisories issued by national or local government authorities.

ATTENTION HONORIANS!

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
a. The applicant must be a bona fide student of Pampanga State University- Apalit Campus.
b. A semestral weighted point average of:
• 1.00 - 1.25 for President's Lister
• 1.26 - 1.75 for Dean's Lister
c. No grade must be less than 85% or 2.0 in the previous semester except NSTP.
d. All academic units officially registered shall be computed in the WPA, including PE.
e. The student shall carry a full-time status according to the required number of units in the curriculum and must be enrolled in at least fifteen (15) academic units.
f. The student must have at least one (1) extra-curricular activity during the 2nd semester.
g. For transferees and shifters, the ruling of residency and required number of units enrolled per semester shall be used as bases for qualifying (2 years of residency and regular number of units)
h. The student must not have any violations of the Code of Student Conduct as reflected in the student handbook.

For graduating 4th year students who are unable to enroll in the required 15 units due to curriculum limitations, they shall still be eligible for the Academic Excellence Award provided they meet all other requirements stated below.

Applicants must submit the following:
a. Copy of School ID or Certificate of Registration (COR) for the 2nd semester of the A.Y. 2025 - 2026.
b. Screenshot/copy of grades from the portal of Pampanga State U from the 2nd semester of the A.Y. 2025 - 2026.
