St. Catherine Special Learning Center was founded by Mrs. Fe O. Aquino. It is located at Bankers Village III Phase I, Antipolo City. Ms.

It's formal operation stated on June 1993. SCSLCAI is a learning center caters to both regular and children with special needs ( such as the mentally and the physically handicapped, children with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome. Aquino stated teaching only one child with Down Syndrome and 7 preschool children. After quite sometime, there was a drastic increase with its students on the succeeding years. SCSLCAI was recognized by the DEPED on October 2000.
