School leaders do not stop learning. Saturdays filled with the best in the industry to learn from.

Speaker: Dr. Mike Rapatan

The beauty of learning progression is seeing how small steps gradually become meaningful growth.

A child may begin with “I don’t know how.” Then, through guidance, practice, mistakes, reflection, and encouragement, monitoring, and formative assessment, it becomes “I can try.” Eventually, it becomes “I understand,” and finally, “I can do it on my own.”

Learning is not measured only by where the child ends, but by how far the child has grown from where she began.

In education, every step matters, from knowledge transmission, to guided practice, to scaffolding, to knowledge construction, and ultimately to independence.
