fdas is not just the fdas per we. there were the various interfaces. knowing fdas without the interfaces is incomplete fdas.

FDAS is a privelege granted to ECEs. but other professionals were claiming it. they are working tirelessly to learn FDAS. some, in fact, got the nerve of affixing their sign and seal on fdas, though most were returned by the AHJs. FDAS is complicated, not easy as some professionals think. FDAS is not confined to FDAS alone, but to the various interfaces. it interfaces to mechanical equipments. it also interfaces with other electronics systems. FDAS interfaces with PA-BGM, to SCS (telephone system and the internet), to ACS (panic door controls and monitoring), and to CCTV (thermal camera integration). bottom line, designing FDAS without bearing in mind the other electronics systems, is an incomplete design.

FDAS is ECE's stuff. ECEs who want to work and be skillful on FDAS. nobody can claim on any privelege by outright title alone.

big or small structures, the designer should always weigh option to use addressable facp. the main rea*on is for flexibility of inter-system interfacing.

guys, sana bago tayo lumusong sa ECE works na napaka kumplikado, mag basics rin naman sana sa Electronics Code.

abayga: hindi pa rin sumusuko ang mga nag-i-imbot sa fdas. kawawa naman. di kasi marunong ng dapat nilang trabahuhin dahil hindi yata nagsisi attend sa mga seminars. tsk. parang mga a*o na sa katatahol.

kapuypoy loves fdas so much, kahit di para sa kanya. paano kaya kung isang araw ay tawagan siya ng isang govt agency para magpaliwanag sa mga fake news na pinapakalat niya.
