Eight Years Great! 🎉 Happy Birthday, Hefty Minds!
8 years ago, Hefty Minds was born from a dream and a clear goal, to help children learn how to read and write through a program I personally created with purpose and heart.
This later grew into tutorials, then playgroup classes. We were supposed to launch our preschool program on our second year, but the pandemic happened. We shifted to online learning, focusing on tutorials for our Ateneo and Assumption Antipolo students and teaching beginning reading online. Then, just last year, we finally returned onsite. We continued with our delayed plan and finally opened our preschool program, all in His perfect time.

Since then, Hefty Minds has become more than a learning space. It has grown into a second home for children to discover who they are, and a community where families feel seen, supported, and valued.
As we look back with gratitude, what excites us even more is knowing that there are still families and little ones we have yet to meet, connections yet to be formed, and so much more waiting ahead.
And so, to celebrate 8 meaningful years and to honor where it all began, we are giving back in a special way:
