o Church and was transferred to another site, a 2.9 hectare lot part of Marikina Watershed located also at Sitio Old Boso-Boso. The first permanent school buildings were three (3) units, 1 storey - 3 classroom Bagong Lipunan Bldg. constructed in 1983 which accommodated approximately 400 pupils. As the years passed by, the school continuously expanded which gained a total of 7 school buildings, 2 comfort rooms, one makeshift canteen, 1 mini-library and 1 stage with covered court. At present, Old Boso-Boso Elementary School exemplifies a conducive and child-friendly learning environment. It accommodates 1,359 pupils with 33 highly motivated and self-directed teachers headed by a principal, Mr. Fortunato C. Quibuyen II. The school gained another two school buildings: the SBP4BE building-AusAid which was donated by the Australian Government and the PSIP School building from Public-Private Partnership Program; and additional 4 units of toilets (WATSAN) funded by DPWH/DepEd. The school continuously develops to pursue its goal to promote excellence and efficiency. Concurrently, the school envisions to create a globally competitive individuals with dignity. The various projects develop by the project team does not end in the planning phase as to ensure the successful results of each project. The monitoring plan is very important in the implementation period to check the progress of the performance indicators set in each Priority Improvement areas. The project monitoring Report form will be used to evaluate the development of each project at the middle and end of the implementation period. The accomplished Project Monitoring Report Form must be prepared and submitted by the project team to the school planning team to inform the latter of the status of their projects. Various projects are designed and implemented to attain betterment in different areas. These projects developed do not end in the planning phase to ensure the success of each project. The monitoring plan is essential in the implementation period to assess the progress of the performance indicators set in each Priority Improvement areas. The SPT guide and help the Project Team in monitoring and evaluating the development of each project. Progress of the project is monitored at the middle and end of the implementation period, while for longer projects, progress is monitored weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Furthermore, to help inform the SPT of the status of their projects, the Project Team will submit a progress report using the Project Monitoring Report Form. The progress reports shall be consolidated to serve as inputs to the SRC, which shall be presented to the stakeholders during midyear and yearend. Eventually, the Project Monitoring Report is submitted to the SDO to help them in monitoring the progress of the projects. Based on the recommendations/ action point, the Project Team and SPT can now adjust, modify, and write the AIP for the following year. In starting the next AIP, the Project Team assigned may begin by collecting, organizing, and analyzing the required school data for the PIAs to be considered in the next AIP.
