Sometimes, we refuse to admit our weaknesses—perhaps to protect our pride, our image, or even the people we love, even if it means carrying our own pain in silence. But we must also remember to care for ourselves, because we cannot truly help others if we neglect our own well-being. And often, there are people who wish to shield us too—ready to listen, ready to stand by us, and ready to offer their support.



Remember, asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it’s a mark of strength, growth, and the courage to keep moving forward.
