SECRET OF WINNERS

In the jungle:
1. The Elephant is the biggest;
2. The Giraffe is the tallest;
3. The Fox is the wisest;?
4. The Cheetah is the fastest;

Yet, the Lion is the KING of the jungle even without ANY of these qualities.

Why?

Because:
1. The Lion is courageous, is bold, walks with confidence, dares anything and is never afraid.
2. The Lion believes it is unstoppable.
3. The Lion is a risk taker.
4. The Lion believes any animal is food for him.
5. The Lion believes any opportunity is worth giving a trial and never lets it slip from its hands.

So...
1. You don't need to be the fastest.
2. You don't need to be the wisest.

5. All you need is *courage*

ADVICE

When you are at the top, be careful of the monster called PRIDE. Pride will make you look down on the people who haven't attained your level of success. When you are at the bottom, be careful of the monster called BITTERNESS. Bitterness will make you jealous and think that other people are the reason you haven't made it. When you are on the way to the top, be careful of the monster called GREED. Greed will make you impatient and make you steal or seek shortcuts. When you are on your way down, be careful of the monster called DESPAIR. Despair will make you think it's all over yet there is still hope

𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚:

1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF and GREET THE AUDIENCE before starting your Report. syempre be polite Naman mga ate Kuya.

2. REVIEW. Syempre bago ka mag, report Kailangan mong pag aralan Kung ano ba Ang irereport mo,Hindi Yung tatayo ka Lang sa harap at magbabasa Ng libro, Reporting Yan be Hindi Reading! Be sure that you know the lesson. Just in case na magtanong yung prof or yung mga classmates mo. Alamin mo yung mga bagay na related sa lesson mo. To give them more info about it

3. STAND UP STRAIGHT .why? Para Naman makita Nila na may tamang etiquette ka. Stand up straight beks wag ka sumayaw Jan sa harapan,galaw ka Ng galaw eh!

4. GILID. as much as possible dun ka sa gilid Ng PowerPoint presentation or visual aid mo,if ever Naman na gagamit ka Ng cartolina mag ready ka na agad Ng tape,Nakakabawas Ng attention Yung pag matagal kang nakatayo sa harapan at mag aasikaso palang Ng gagawin mo.

5. SPEAK LOUD and CLEAR. Kailangan sa umpisa palang Ng report mo malakas at maayos na Ang pananalita mo,para sa ganun makuha mo agad Ang attention Ng mga audience mo. Wag mag- stammer.

6. AVOID READING TOO MUCH OF YOUR REPORT. Huwag puro pabasa be,Malayo pa Ang reading month! Dahil Kung puro basa ka Lang Jan mabobore Ang mga manonood sayo.You can give some explanations,as much as possible pwede ka mag include Ng mga funny example.Wag Kang mag paligoy ligoy sa nirereport mo,wag Ng Maraming dada Kung pareparehas Lang Naman Ang sasabihin mo.

7. MAKE SOME STRATEGY.Hanggat maaari mas maganda Kung lahat Ng kaklase mo ay makikipag participate sa report mo,pwede Kang mag pa games per group, Pwede mong gawin na strategy Ang palaro sa pamamagitan din Ng pag rereport mo,make sure na may matututunan sila.

8. EYE CONTACT.Maintain eye contact to your audience(Alam Kong mahirap pero itry mo Hanggang sa masanay ka)!Hindi yung Saan saan ka nakatingin,iwasan mo Lang tumingin Sa mga kaibigan mong loko loko dahil baka madistract ka,Pwede ka Rin tumingin Kay crush for inspiration, pwede Rin Kay Prof,pero Yung tingin mo dapat "Taasan mo Yung grade ko sir/mam"look.

9. BE CONFIDENT ON YOUR TOPIC.mas magagawa mo Ito Kung ginawa mo Yung sinabi ko sa number 2 .Kung nahihiya ka Naman,inhale exhale. Ikundisyon mo Yung sarili mo.

10. SURPRISE.Isurprise mo Yung mga kaklase mo para Naman matuwa sila sayo,or should I say mainis siguro hahahah,Tawagin mo yung mga classmates mo na di nakikinig,natutulog,o may Kanya kanyang Mundo. Mag prepare ka Ng questions syempre.

11. REVENGE.parang katulad lang din to nung number 10. Pero dito Yung mga epal mo na classmates na ayaw talaga RUMESPETO sayo once na Nasa harap kana,Ang gawin mo,Yung tanong na hindi related sa topic nyo Ang itanong mo para magmukhang tanga siya kakahanap ng sagot sa visual aid mo, Atleast malalaman din Ng prof mo na Hindi Siya nakikinig BWAHAHAHAH *Evil laugh ! *

12. WAG KANG TRANSLATOR. Hindi tinatagalog ang English report. Hindi ka magtratranslate diyan you need to give additional info and explain your topic well.

13. CLUE. Pwede Kang kumuha Ng clue sa Report mo,or Di Kaya Naman ay mga ROOT WORD,pwede Rin Naman NA YEAR/DATE. Basta Ma kakatulong sayo para maalala mo Yung mga sasabihin mo o irereport mo.

14. DO YOUR BEST.Believe in your best bro!Self confidence and tiwala sa sarili is the key.

15. Don't forget to say THANK YOU, pwede kang magsabi Ng "that's all thank you" baka Naman after Ng report mo umupo ka nalang or Sabihin mo sa prof mo na "mam/sir Tapos na Po".

If hindi kaman umabot sa 70 points RQA ng DO 7, dont worry dahil merong recallibration DO 22. Which is maiiba ang points system (from DO7 to DO22 recallibration) for Teaching Experience and Education as stated above.

Prepare the following requirements by school screening committee:
1. CSC Form 212 (Personal Data Sheet) with latest 2x2 ID pictures.
2. PRC professional Identification Card (License)
3. Results of Rating obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers.
4. Transcript of Records (TOR) with certification of General Weighted Average of Academic Grades.
5. Service record. (Certificate of Employment) if any.
6. Certificates of Specialized Training. If any.
7. Voter's certification or Brgy. Clearance.
8. NBI Clearance.

Note: kung wala pa sayo ang alin man sa requirement dyan, isubmit ang resibo or any proof na makukuha mo palang.

EXAM TIPS. Applicable to sa kahit anong exam na ititake niyo in the future.

a. Process of elimination. Sa isang multiple choice question, may dalawa diyan na opposites. Halimbawa:

A. Deductive
B. Conducive
C. Inductive
D. Perceptive

Since alam mong opposites ang Deductive and Inductive, itira mo silang dalawa kasi isa diyan ang tamang sagot. Then saka mo na pag isipan kung alin sa dalawa ang tamang sagot.

Kasama din sa process of elimination ang pag eliminate ng same ideas. Kung sa apat na choices may dalawang pareho lang ang ibig nilang sabihin, ieliminate mo na sila. Halimbawa:

A. Pavlovian
B. Classical
C. Operant
D. Operational

Kung ganyan ang choices, ieliminate mo na si Pavlovian at Classical kasi pareho lang sila. Si Pavlov ang proponent ng Classical Conditioning.

b. The longer the better. Kung sakaling nag eliminate ka na at lahat at di mo talaga alam kung ano ang tamang sagot, usually kung alin ang may pinakamahabang explanation, yun ang tamang sagot. May mga times din kasi na yung pinakamahabang sagot sinasaklaw niya na yung sagot sa ibang options kaya yung pinakamahaba na ang piliin mo. Again, gawin mo lang to kung di mo talaga alam ang isasagot mo.

c. Look for key words/similar words. Wag pahirapan ang sarili. Usually nasa tanong na ang tamang sagot. Pag nahanap mo na yung key/similar word/s, bilugan o iunderline mo na ito para di mo makalimutan. Halimbawa:

Teacher A wants to assess the performance of the basketball team with their newly-acquired skills. What type of assessment can Teacher A use?

A. Journal
B. Portfolio
C. Performance-based test
D. Paper and pencil test

Bilugan mo na yung "performance" na key word sa tanong tapos ishade mo na yung letter C sa answer sheet mo. Wag mo na pahirapan sarili mo. Proceed ka na sa next number. Sayang ang oras.

d. The more plastic, the better. 😂 Magagamit mo to sa Prof Ed. Usually ang tamang sagot ay yung pinakamabait na sagot. Yung mga sagot na professional si teacher, role model si teacher, si teacher ang naghandle ng sitwasyon hindi niya nirefer sa principal, inaccept ni teacher ang learners regardless of background, nagbigay ng varied activities si teacher, etc. most of the time yan ang tamang sagot.

e. Wag sumagot based sa nangyayari sa buhay mo o sa kapitbahay mo. Lahat ng tanong sa Prof Ed may basehan. Halimbawa:

Are all LET passers required to take their oath before practicing their profession?

I'm sure may mga sasagot diyan ng NO kasi sasabihin niyo "yung kapitbahay nga namin... yung pinsan ko nga... yung kaibigan nga ng pinsan ng tiyahin ng mama ko..." pero under RA 7836, YES po ang sagot. Required po na mag attend ng oath taking bago ka makapagturo.

So I suggest na basahin niyo yung mga RA na yan and code of ethics para hindi based sa buhay niyo o buhay ng kapitbahay niyo ang isasagot niyo.

f. Iwasan ang may mga sagot na "it depends..." Walang it depends diyan kasi lahat yan may sagot, either Yes or No lang yan.

g. Kung halimbawa di mo alam ang isasagot mo sa numbers 34-45, as in blangko kasi super hirap na Math problem sila, wag mag-guess ng kahit anong letter. Stick to one letter lang. Kung A, iletter A mo na lahat. Kasi mas malaki yung chance na makakuha ka ng tamang sagot pag pareparehong letter lang sagot mo, kesa sa iba ibang letter ang sagot mo kasi pwedeng wala kang tamaan kahit isa.

h. Never question the question. May mga tanong sa actual board exam na mali ang grammar, wrong spelling, etc. Don't mind them at piliin lang ang pinakamalapit na sagot. Halimbawa:

Who established the to***co monopoly in 1782?

A. MacArthur
B. James Basco
C. McDuffie
D. Rafael de Izquierdo

Alam mong Jose Basco ang tamang sagot pero wala siya sa choices. Yung James Basco ang isagot mo kasi yun ang pinaka malapit na sagot.

Ganun din sa Math problems. May mga pagkakataon na wala sa choices ang tamang sagot, pero never question the question. Kung 72 ang tamang sagot at wala siya sa choices, pero may nakita kang 22 sa pagpipilian, yun na ang isagot mo kasi maaaring typo error lang yun at naduling lang yung nagtype ng question.

12. Wag madamot sa reviewer. Pag may kaibigan, kakilala, o kahit hindi kakilala na gustong humiram sayo ng reviewer, pahiramin mo. Wag kang madamot. Yung mga kakilala kong madamot sa review materials hindi pumasa. Kaya matakot kayo sa karma. If you do good, puro goodness din ang babalik sayo. But if you do something bad lalo pa't may pinagdadasal kang lisensya, babalik din yan sayo mas malala pa. Proven and tested ko na to.

13. Bawal magkasakit. Alagaan ang sarili. Uminom ng vitamins. Wag magpaulan. Pag maganda ang well-being mo, mas makakapag review ka ng maayos.

14. Magdasal. Napakapowerful po ng prayers. At kung magdadasal din lang, itodo mo na. Iwasan ang magdasal ng "Lord, kahit 75 lang po." Hihingi ka na rin lang, itodo mo na. Gawin mo ng 95! Minsan yung mga humihingi ng 75, 74.8 ang binibigay sa kanila. Itodo mo kasi. Taasan mo, kasi nag review ka naman eh at binigay mo ang best mo. Trust your preparation pero wag maging overconfident.

15. Give back. Pag pumasa ka na, tulungan mo yung iba sa kahit anong paraan na kaya mo. Again, wag madamot. Kaya eto ako, shinishare ko sa inyo lahat ng alam ko.
