Newly-elected officers of the National College of Business Administration-Master in Public Administration Society (NCBA-MPAS) Cubao Chapter formally took their oaths before NCBA Vice President for the Academic Affairs Dr. Cirila Eden last 07 July 2018.
Dr. Eden praised the newly-created MPAS-Cubao Chapter for its initiative to form a set of officers, first-ever since the NCBA was established more than fifty years ago.
Some of the plans of the NCBA-MPAS, headed by Avery John Palad, include the application for membership in the Association of Schools in Public Administration in the Philippines (ASPAP) Inc., a non-stock and non-profit organization of academic institutions all over the country offering degree programs in public management/administration/governance.
