🌟👩💼👨💼 Leaders Masterclass 2025 – Pioneering Batch 👨💼👩💼🌟
Golden Sunbeams Christian School proudly hosted the Leaders Masterclass for School Leaders with the theme:
✨ “Masterclass for School Leaders: Leading with Depth.” ✨
Held as a milestone event, the pioneering batch was composed of passionate and committed leaders—Officers-in-Charge of SACS branches, administrators, and school leaders from private schools in Antipolo. Among the participants were:
👩🏫 Ms. Juvy Kate Bagamaspad
👩🏫 Ms. Desner Marie Banzuelo
👨🏫 Mr. Reymark Adevino
👨🏫 Mr. Adrian Kien Salarda
The seminar was enriched by the expertise of our distinguished speaker, Ms. Anna Lourdes DG. Aseron, MBA, who shared profound insights on how school leaders can embrace depth in leadership—going beyond administration to inspire vision, influence positive change, and nurture communities of learning.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in meaningful and interactive activities such as:
🔹 Leaders Circle – an open forum for dialogue, idea exchange, and reflection on challenges and successes in leadership
🔹 Decision-Making Exercises – strengthening the ability to navigate complex educational situations with wisdom and discernment
🔹 Collaborative Activities – fostering connections among leaders and encouraging innovative approaches to leading with depth and resilience
The Leaders Masterclass stands as a testament to the institution’s commitment to developing educational leaders who embody the vision of being a learning community with premiere leadership and educational competence. It highlighted the importance of nurturing leaders who not only manage but also uplift, inspire, and guide with faith, purpose, and dedication.
👏 We extend our gratitude to all participants, especially our pioneering batch, for embracing this journey of growth, and to Ms. Aseron for her invaluable guidance. This event marks the beginning of a stronger network of school leaders—empowered to make a lasting impact on teachers, learners, and the community.
