The Department of Education (DepEd) issues DepEd Memorandum DM-OSEC-OUHRODI-2026-0001 titled “Guidance in the Implementation of the Performance Management and Evaluation System (PMES) for Teachers for School Year 2025–2026.”

This Memorandum provides guidance to schools and teachers on the implementation of the PMES for SY 2025-2026, highlighting the following key sections:

• Classroom Observation Requirements
• Classroom Observation Protocols
• Positions and Appropriate Career Stages
• Computation of Rating
• Electronic Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (e-IPCRF) Tool and System

All concerned personnel are encouraged to read and be guided accordingly.
