📢 ATTENTION: INCOMING GRADE 12 STUDENTS! (Cogeo-Antipolo branch) 📢

Welcome back, Grade 12 students! As we prepare for the upcoming school year, please be guided by the schedule and important protocols for your orientation and clearing. 🎒✨

🗓️ Important Note: Please be advised that June 15 to 20 is dedicated purely to the Orientation and updates.

📑 The schedule of classes will be officially announced during the orientation.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR THE DAY:
To ensure a smooth and orderly process, please take note of the following:

⏰ Arrive Early: Please come 15 minutes before your scheduled time. The orientation will be held on the 2nd floor. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to wait in our designated holding area; please feel free to ask the security guard at the gate for assistance.

🪪 Lost IDs & Uniform Issues:

For those with lost IDs or who do not have uniforms yet, please message the Class President’s GC immediately so we can coordinate and officially include you in the Grade 11 schedule for ID pictorials and uniform fittings on the 3rd floor.

Note: Please bring Php300.00 If you are getting a replacement ID, and additional Php 100.00 for the payment of your official GIST ID lace (If also lost).

📸 ID Pictorial Prep (For Replacements): If you are scheduled for a new photo, come camera-ready!

Girls: Minimal makeup and hair must be neatly styled or tied back.

Boys: Proper haircut.

👕 Uniform Fitting Prep (For New Uniforms): Please wear a plain white t-shirt (no collar, please) if you need to be fitted.

Post-Orientation Flow:

Once the orientation concludes, students with no outstanding ID or uniform concerns are free to leave. Students scheduled for ID picture taking and uniform fittings will be guided to proceed to the 3rd floor. Parents or guardians may leave after the main orientation session, and we thank you for your continued support!

Sana po ay makadalo ang inyong mga magulang sa ating orientation dito sa GIST Cogeo-Antipolo branch. Alam po namin na marami silang katanungan na masasagot natin sa event na ito. Dito po magsisimula ang ating journey, at bilang katuwang namin sa paggabay sa ating mga Grade 11 students, mahalaga po sa amin na maging fully informed at involved ang mga magulang sa bawat hakbang. 🤝💙
