ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
DEADLINE OF FULLPAYMENT PLAN WILL BE ON FEBRUARY 8, 2024 (THURSDAY)

FYI of the deadlines

THE APPLICATION FOR INCOMING SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL FOR A.Y. 2021-2022 IS ONGOING.

1. ACCOMPLISH THE APPLICATION FORM
• Visit sis.fatima.edu.ph/apply/antipolo
• Fill out the online application form and click submit.
• Check your email for Email Notification #1 which contains your applicant number, payment details and basic personal information.

2. PAYMENT OF MINIMUM REQUIRED FEES
• Settle the following fees through Dragonpay.
P 500 - Application Fee
P 1,500 - Minimum Down Payment (for Private HS
completers only)
P 750 - Learning Management Fee
• Online Payment is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

• Allow 2-3 business days after your Dragonpay payment transaction, then check your email for the Email Notification #2 bearing your AIMS Credentials and payment confirmation.

3. UPDATE YOUR AIMS PROFILE
• Login to your AIMS account through sis.fatima.edu.ph/student/login
• Input the AIMS Login Credentials provided in Email Notification #2 onto the login page.
• Update the 5-step Student Profile Module.

DepEd and ESC Vouchers are accepted and are valid until Grade 12.
