**📌 We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant**

We’re looking for a reliable and organized **Administrative Assistant** to support our day-to-day operations. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and great at multitasking, we’d love to hear from you!

**🔹 Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
* Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
* Maintain filing systems and office records
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
* Support general office operations and team needs

**🔹 Qualifications:**

* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
