📋 ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure a smooth process, please prepare the following:
Kindergarten: PSA Birth Certificate
Grade 1: ECCD Checklist, Kindergarten Report Card, Photocopy of Certificate of Kindergarten Completion, PSA Birth Certificate
Grades 2–6 & Balik-Aral: Report Card
Transferees: Report Card from Previous School, PSA Birth Certificate
SNED Learners: Assessment Result (If Available)
