During the Recognition Rites, Pinning, and Sakbay Ceremonies of the University of Rizal System Angono Campus – Graduating Class of 2026, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐋. 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧, Magna Cum Laude, Rank 1 Academic Achiever, Distinguished Graduate Awardee, Service Awardee, and Outstanding Student Trainee, delivered the Response of the Graduating Class. Speaking on behalf of his fellow graduates, he reflected on their collective journey and the responsibility that comes with the knowledge and opportunities gained through higher education.

In his address, Mr. Pulan said “Tinatawag na po tayo ng mundong ating inaapakan, paramihin ang talino, magsilbing daan para sa pagbabago, maging mabuting tao, at higit sa lahat, huwag na huwag tatanggap ng maleta galing sa kung sino.” His message encouraged graduates to use their education in the service of society, uphold ethical principles, and contribute to nation-building through honest and meaningful work.

The Recognition Rites, Pinning, and Sakbay Ceremonies of the University of Rizal System Angono Campus – Graduating Class of 2026 were further enriched by the inspiring message of the guest speaker, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥 𝐂. 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚, Senior Account Manager of Best Western Plus Metro Clark and a proud alumna of URS Angono. Drawing from her professional journey in the hospitality industry, she encouraged the graduates to pursue their aspirations with determination, humility, and faith as they prepare for the next chapter of their lives.

In her address, Ms. Germedia reminded the graduates to always remember the values of U.R.S.A. — Understand your Purpose, Rise through Challenges, Serve with Excellence, and Aim Higher, Always. She emphasized, “Dream boldly, work hard, stay humble, and trust God’s timing. Your beginnings do not determine your destination.” Her message served as a meaningful reminder that perseverance, character, and commitment are essential in achieving success and making a positive contribution to society.

Today, the University of Rizal System Angono Campus celebrates the Recognition Rites, Pinning, and Sakbay Ceremonies of the Graduating Class of 2026, honoring the dedication, perseverance, and accomplishments of its students. The occasion is made more meaningful by the presence of the Guest Speaker, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥 𝐂. 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚, Senior Account Manager of Best Western Plus Metro Clark and a proud alumna of URS Angono. Through her inspiring journey from Front Desk Agent to a leadership position in the hospitality and tourism industry, she exemplifies how commitment, hard work, and continuous learning can lead to professional success.

With ten years of experience in sales, account management, and client relations, Ms. Germedia shared valuable insights on resilience, growth, and pursuing opportunities with confidence. Her message reminded the graduates that success is not measured solely by achievements but also by the courage to overcome challenges and the willingness to keep learning. In his homily, Rev. Fr. Aly A. Barcinal emphasized the importance of giving thanks to the Lord and expressing gratitude to the parents, teachers, and all individuals who contributed to their achievements. As they prepare to embark on a new chapter, may they carry forward the values, lessons, and faith that have guided them throughout their years of study. May your success inspire you to serve others with humility, integrity, and purpose.

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐛𝐚𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 🎓✨

Not the diploma yet, but every pin, tassle, and sakbays tells a story. 4 years of “kaya mo yan” to ourselves, and prayers we almost gave up on.

Lord, thank You for every late night that led us here. This sakbay is a proof that you were faithful, even when we are not.

This ceremony is for the version of us who cried in 1st year, who doubted in 2nd year, who almost gave up on their thesis the 3rd year, and who showed up anyway in 4th year.

To the families who funded our dreams, friends who proofread at 3AM, profs who didn’t give up on us— this sakbays are yours too.
