AES Teachers

Good eve . . . pls. be reminded of the ff.:
1. classes are suspended until Thursday, March 19. . . teachers are not required to report to school. if suspension of classes will be lifted, meaning to say we will have our classes on Friday. if not, we will wait for further announcement
2. pls. use other means of communication to parents, co- teachers and even to School Head aside from face to face such as messenger, txt messages and the like.
3. Master Teachers are instructed to monitor the on-line classes of all teachers.
4. pls. be reminded to answer the monitoring mechanism and as much as possible kindly solicit some feedback/ voice of the customers( from parents, pupils,stakeholders) regarding our FLO.
5. as to the administration of the 4th periodic test, lets wait for the memo to this effect. such memo will guide us in giving of grades for 4th periodic test. meanwhile, lets start accomplishing all our forms so that we will not be in a hurry (cramming) time comes that we have to submit everything.
6. all the infornation that you need to know will be forwarded as soon as all the memo are issued. . .
7. you will all be updated with everything. . .
8. if you have any querries, feel free to ask. . .
