Pursuant to Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 131, as reiterated by the Angeles City Government, and in view of the prevailing inclement weather conditions, with Pampanga under an Orange Rainfall Warning, please be advised of the following arrangements:

PRE-SCHOOL
Classes are suspended.

GRADE SCHOOL TO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Asynchronous Online Learning
First Quarter Examinations shall continue once face-to-face classes resume.

CAMPUS OPERATIONS
The AUF Santa Barbara Campus is CLOSED.

Alternative work arrangements shall be implemented, as applicable. Essential personnel whose presence is necessary to ensure the safety and security of the University premises and the continuity of critical operations may be required to report for duty, provided that they can travel safely and have coordinated with their immediate supervisors. Such reporting shall remain subject to prevailing weather, road, and other safety conditions, with the safety and well-being of employees given utmost priority.

Students, faculty, staff, and parents are advised to monitor AUF MyClass and the University’s official communication channels for further updates and instructions.

As one Angelenean community, let us pray the Oratio Imperata in Times of Calamities.

Almighty Father, we raise our hearts to You in gratitude for the wonders of creation of which we are part, for Your providence in sustaining us in our needs, and for Your wisdom that guides the course of the universe.

We acknowledge our sins against You and the rest of creation. We have not been good stewards of nature. We have confused Your command to subdue the earth. The environment is made to suffer our wrongdoing and now, we reap the harvest of our abuse and indifference. Global warming is upon us. Typhoons, floods, volcanic eruptions and natural calamities occur in increasing number and intensity.

We turn to You, our loving Father and beg forgiveness for our sins.
We ask that we, our loved ones and our hard-earned possessions be spared from the threat of calamities, natural and man-made. We beseech You to inspire us all to grow into responsible stewards of Your creation, and generous neighbors to those in need.

Students will be dismissed at 11:00 A.M. and will shift to Asynchronous Online Learning starting at 1:00 P.M.

GRADE SCHOOL TO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Classes will be conducted through the Asynchronous Learning Mode.

The Santa Barbara Campus will be closed, and AUF office operations will follow alternative work arrangements in accordance with the Memorandum Circular.

Personnel assigned to essential functions involving campus safety, security, and other critical operations may be required to report onsite, as necessary and subject to prevailing safety conditions, in coordination with their immediate supervisors.
