Due to Pampanga being placed under a RED RAINFALL WARNING, pleased be advised that, for 20 AUGUST 2026, all scheduled ON-SITE work and FACE-TO-FACE classes, in all levels, and including clinical and community duties, are suspended.

Thus, in consideration of the foregoing:

A.) All scheduled face-to-face classes, (instructional, community and clinical) shall be shifted to online ASYNCHRONOUS modality.

B.)In lieu of face-to-face work, online modality shall be applied in conformity with the WFH policies of this institution.

In relation to the Memorandum Circular issued by the Office of the President of the Republic of this land, please be advised that all on-site classes scheduled today, 14 August 2026, are hereby suspended effective one o’clock in the afternoon.

Beginning one o’clock in the afternoon, classes shall shift to asynchronous learning mode.

Administrative and Operations offices shall continue their regular operations until two o’clock in the afternoon.

Further advisories shall be issued as necessary.

On August 11, 2026, the SPCF-COC conducted its General Assembly for School Year 2026–2027. The event introduced students to the academic community and provided an overview of academic standards, institutional policies, and departmental guidelines.��Dr. Marcelo L. Montanio, Dean of the Criminology Department, discussed the departmental rules and regulations. In line with that, the College of Criminology Student Council and the Junior Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines–SPCF Chapter formally introduced themselves to the students. Furthermore, representatives from The Exemplar informed students regarding the recruitment, while Mrs. Leslie Gechelle D. Cuevo discussed the Student Handbook.��The assembly brought us closer as one College of Criminology family, giving us a chance to connect, learn, and enjoy the event together.
