Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 106 at sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) dahil sa inaasahang matinding epekto ng Super Typhoon “Uwan”, suspendido ang pasok sa lahat ng antas ng paaralan sa Angeles City sa Nobyembre 10 (Monday) at 11 (Tuesday), 2025.

Suspendido rin ang pasok sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa Region III sa Nobyembre 10, 2025 (Monday), maliban sa mga ahensyang may kinalaman sa pangunahing serbisyo, kalusugan, at disaster response na mananatiling operational.

Para sa pribadong sektor, the suspension of work is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO.97
Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Council, and in iew of the forecasted heavy rainfall that will be brought
about by Super Typhoon "Nando" and the Southwest Monsoon, work in government
offices and classes at all levels in Metro Manila, Abra, Antique, Apayao, Bataan,
Batanes, Batangas, Benguet, Bulacan, Cagayan, Cavite, Ifugao, llocos Norte, llocos
Sur, Isabela, Kalinga, La Union, Laguna, Mountain Province, Nueva Ecija, Nueva
Vizcaya, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀 (𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘), Pangasinan, Palawan,
Romblon, Rizal, Tarlac and Zambales are hereby suspended on 22 September 2025.

Due to tomorrow’s half-day schedule (E.O.13) in observance of the 69th Anniversary of the Canonical Coronation of Virgen Delos Remedios, and following DOST-PAGASA’s Regional Center forecast of moderate to intense thunderstorms in Pampanga including Angeles City, Mayor Jon Lazatin II has announced suspension of all face to face classes in all levels (Private & Public Schools) for tomorrow September 8, 2025 (Monday)
