Holy Angel University – Basic Education proudly celebrates Tyrelle Zceska F. Gozon, a Senior High School student from TVL-ICT 11 – Blessed James Alberione, for her outstanding performance in the Southeast Asia Computer Science Olympiad (SEACSO) 2026 International Round, held at Taal Vista Hotel, Tagaytay City, Philippines, from March 5 to 9, 2026.

🤍 Adopt-a-Child: A Gift of Presence and Care

On March 13, 2026, the Basic Education Department of Holy Angel University carried out its annual Bigay Puso outreach activity titled “Adopt-a-Child: A Gift of Presence and Care” at SM Telabastagan.

Teachers from different subject areas spent meaningful time with their adopted children, sharing simple yet unforgettable moments together in the mall. For many of the children, it was their first time experiencing things that others might consider ordinary such as riding an escalator, lining up at the cashier, playing in the playhouse, and simply exploring the mall.

The wonder and joy on their faces served as a gentle reminder of how powerful small moments can be. More than giving them a day of happiness, the activity aimed to inspire them to dream bigger and to believe that there is more waiting for them in the future.

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the support of the SM Telabastagan administration and staff, ISSI, OCES, other HAU offices, and the entire Basic Education community. Together, we hope that the children felt valued, cared for, and encouraged to pursue their dreams.

May this experience continue to remind us that sharing our time, presence, and compassion can truly make a difference.
