Announcement for ACSCi STE Admission Passers on Grade 7 Enrolment S.Y. 26-27:

Please bring the original copy of your Report Card and clear copy of PSA Birth certificate on April 21, 2026 to the Admission Office, 8 am to 4 pm only.
Look for Ms. Marychelle.

Clear copy of the Grade 6 diploma should be submitted to the Class Adviser by the First Week of June, 2026.

STE passers are requested to inform the Admission Office of their intent to enrol only until April 22 in order to notify waitlisted applicants.

ACSci Congratulates all qualifiers!

We appreciate your interest and patience regarding the list of successful examinees of ACSci STE. However, only qualified applicants are expected to enroll as Grade 7 learners for S.Y. 2026-2027.

Waitlisted applicants should await placement via a call from the Admission Office only after all the qualified applicants have submitted their intent to enroll.

At this time, we kindly ask waitlisted applicants to pause on sending inquiries while we wait for confirmation from qualified applicants.

Reminders to the Angeles City Science High School Incoming Grade 7 (SY 2026-2027) applicants and to parents/guardians for the Legislated Science High School Admission Exam on March 14, 2026, Saturday
7:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
For applicants with incomplete requirements, please submit documents on/ before the day of the examination.
1. Wear white shirt and jeans.
2. Bring the following:
✅ Pencil (MONGOL # 2)
✅ Fine Point Marker
✅ Ballpen
✅ Eraser
✅ Snacks
✅ School ID/National ID/ Certificate of Enrolment
3. Enter the assigned room at least 30 mins before the exam.
4. Present identification card to the assigned room examiner.
5. Examinees are welcome to visit Acsci Hs on ,March 11-13,2026 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to check their room assignments and code number. No school visits will be allowed on Saturday.

✍🏻 Examinees are restricted from going out of the examination room during the test.
✍🏻 Parents/guardians are prohibited to enter the school premises during the testing day.

✨Guidelines for the submission of Applicant’s Requirements:

✅Registration Form and Health Declaration Form

NOTE : The forms are available at the school entrance and Principal’s Office.

✅Certified True Copy of Report Card (Grades from First to Third Grading period should be reflected) signed by the School Head
Note: Write the e-mail address of the Class Adviser and contact numbers of both parent and adviser in the report card.

✅Certificate of Good Moral Character, signed by the School Head/Class Adviser

✨To qualify for the selection process, applicants must meet the following criteria:

✅Grade of 85% and above for Science, Mathematics, and English subjects. (First, Second and Third Quarter)
✅Grade of 83% and above for other subjects. (First, Second and Third Quarter)
✅No grades lower than 80%
✅Demonstrate good moral character.
✅Good health and fit to undergo a rigorous academic program.

Submission of Requirements is on FEBRUARY 9-20, 2026. Incomplete requirements will not be entertained.

Schedule of the LSHS Examination is on MARCH 14, 2026, SATURDAY.

List of Qualifiers for Grade 7 – School Year 2025–2026
We are pleased to announce the official List of Qualifiers for incoming Grade 7 students at Angeles City Science High School for the School Year 2025–2026.
The list has been finalized and we extend our heartfelt congratulations to all successful examinees who have earned a slot in Angeles City Science High School.
Please be reminded of the following:
Only those whose names appear on the official list are considered qualified entrants for the upcoming school year.
Applicants not included in the list are automatically placed on the waitlist. Should any qualified student decide to waive their slot, the next eligible student on the waitlist will be contacted in the order of ranking.
All successful qualifiers for Grade 7 admission to Angeles City Science High School for School Year 2025–2026 are required to report to the school on May 14 or 15, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, to confirm their slot and complete the pre-enrollment process.
To those who are qualified to enroll in ACSci based on the list posted, please be guided by the following instructions:
Attendance is mandatory within the specified dates and time.

As per the Regional Memorandum No. 66, s. 2025, in accordance with the Regional Memorandum No. 61, s. 2025, regarding the Guidelines for Determining Grade 7 Learners Eligible to Enroll in Legislated Science High Schools (LSHSs), the following dates are announced:

The Deadline of Submission of all Documentary Requirements is on March 21, 2025.

The Admission Test for Legislated Science High Schools will be held on April 5, 2025.
