A new academic year means new opportunities, new lessons, new classmates, and moments of quietly sizing up the competition, wondering who will rise, who will excel, and how far weโre willing to go to stand out this academic year. As A.Y. 2026โ2027 begins, we welcome another chapter filled with goals to achieve, challenges to overcome, and deadlines that somehow arrive faster than expected.
As the school year unfolds, let us embrace the opportunities that come with a fresh start. New lessons, new experiences, new goals, and yes, new deadlines await us. While the return to school may come with a touch of sadness, it also brings countless chances to grow, discover our potential, and create memories that will last far beyond the classroom.
Welcome back, RCCians! May this year be filled with learning, growth and achievement. Here's to pursuing excellenceโeven if we're smiling on the outside and crying a little on the inside.

The emblem reflects the Honor Societyโs commitment to academic excellence, integrity, and wisdom. At its center, the shield symbolizes the protection of academic values and the pursuit of excellence. The three stars represent the organizationโs core principles: responsibility, commitment, and consistency, while also signifying the pursuit of outstanding achievement and distinction.
The open book embodies education, learning, and the continuous pursuit of knowledge. The pencil, hands, human, and graduation cap symbolize the holistic development of RCCians as knowledgeable, responsible, and achievement-oriented individuals who contribute meaningfully to society.
The blue and gold colors represent wisdom and honor, reflecting the ideals upheld by the organization. Surrounding the emblem, the laurel leaves signify victory, achievement, recognition, and the rewards earned through dedication and perseverance. Together, these elements embody the Honor Societyโs mission of fostering a culture of scholarship, intellectual growth, and academic excellence within the RCC community.
