𝙂𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙡𝙮𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙘 𝙜𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙈𝙨. 𝙃𝙞𝙙𝙞𝙡𝙮𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙖𝙯, they delved into the fundamentals of weightlifting, learning not only proper techniques but also the resilience and discipline needed in the sport. This workshop has significantly improved their knowledge and skills, preparing them to become future instructors in the field of Physical Education. While the journey had its challenges—perfecting their form and pushing through physical demands—they persevered and found joy in every lift.

This unforgettable experience has inspired them to aspire toward becoming professional coaches in sports and fitness.

Spartans in Action! 💪 On November 23, 2024, the first-year BPEd students from 𝐒𝐏𝐂𝐅: 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐬- 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐬- 𝐀𝐤𝐭𝐢𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐧 proudly took their first steps toward understanding the impact of physical activity by volunteering at the Spartan Race Philippines in Alviera, Porac, Pampanga. 🌟

This experience marked the beginning of their deeper appreciation for the role of physical activity in promoting health, resilience, and community. This opportunity wasn’t just about volunteering—it was about embracing challenges, learning through action, and growing into future leaders of physical education. Kudos to our Gilasan warriors for proving that strength comes from service and heart!

Note: The first-year BPEd students were not forced to participate or attend this event. They willingly joined to learn and witness various physical activities firsthand.

And of course, a huge clap goes to the P.E. instructors who guided and supported the students, making it possible for them to experience and learn from this kind of event. Your efforts inspire the next generation of Physical Education leaders! 👏
