* Form 138/ Report Card
* ECCD Checklist (for incoming Grade 1)
* Certificate of Good Moral Character
* Photocopy of PSA/Birth Certificate
* Two (2) Copies of 2x2 picture with white background

* Form 138/Report Card
* Two (2) Copies of 2x2 picture with white background

Please be informed that our Parents’ Orientation on June 6 was cancelled because it was declared as a holiday (Eid al-Adha). Our orientation will be moved on JUNE 5, 2025, 10:30AM.
