🇵🇭 MALIGAYANG ARAW NG KALAYAAN! 🇵🇭

Sa pagdiriwang ng ika-128 Anibersaryo ng Proklamasyon ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas, ang buong Sapang Bato Elementary School ay kaisa ng sambayanang Pilipino sa pagpupugay sa katapangan, sakripisyo, at pagmamahal sa bayan ng ating mga bayani na nagbigay daan sa kalayaang ating tinatamasa ngayon.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang kanilang makabayang diwa upang patuloy nating mahalin ang ating bansa, pahalagahan ang kalayaan, at gampanan ang ating tungkulin bilang responsableng mamamayan.

Sama-sama nating isabuhay ang diwa ng pagkakaisa, paggalang, at paglilingkod para sa isang mas maunlad at mas matatag na Pilipinas.

Angeleños, June 15, 2026 (Monday) has been declared a SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY in Angeles City through Executive Order No. 028, Series of 2026, signed by Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II.

The declaration commemorates the 35th anniversary of the Mt. Pinatubo eruption, honoring the resilience, unity, and determination of the Angeleños.

Let us take this opportunity to remember the lessons of the past and celebrate the strength of our community.

Sapang Bato Elementary School successfully conducted its Operational Planning for School Year 2026–2027, bringing together the school leadership and teaching personnel to align plans, strategies, and targets for the upcoming academic year.

The activity served as a venue to review school priorities, strengthen programs and projects, and ensure that all initiatives are responsive to the needs of our learners and the school community. Through collaborative planning and shared commitment, the school is better equipped to deliver quality, inclusive, and learner-centered education.

As we prepare for another year of learning and growth, we remain dedicated to fostering academic excellence, safe learning environments, and meaningful partnerships with our stakeholders.

The SBES School Governance Council (SGC), together with Sir Lucky Paul M. David, School Head, convened to revisit and review the Child Protection Policy (CPP) Manual, Student Handbook, and DRRM Contingency Plan in preparation for the opening of classes for School Year 2026–2027.

This collaborative effort aims to ensure that school policies, learner welfare programs, and disaster preparedness measures remain relevant, responsive, and aligned with the needs of our learners and the school community.

Through continuous review and improvement of these essential documents, SBES remains committed to providing a safe, child-friendly, resilient, and conducive learning environment for all.

The Sapang Bato Elementary School (SBES) family extends its sincerest gratitude to the Angeles City LGU and the Schools Division Office of Angeles City for prioritizing the improvement of our school facilities under the Fiscal Year 2027 Special Education Fund (SEF).

We are truly grateful for the approved projects, including the improvement of the school fence, Principal's Office, and Canteen/SBFP Kitchen, which will greatly contribute to providing a safer, more functional, and learner-friendly environment for our pupils, teachers, and stakeholders.

Special thanks as well to Engr. Norma Cabigting and the Angeles City Engineering Office for their support, commitment, and dedication in helping bring these much-needed infrastructure improvements to our school.

Your continued investment in education inspires us to work even harder in providing quality education and a conducive learning environment for every SBESian.

Sama-sama nating pinapaganda at pinapalakas ang ating paaralan!

Taos-pusong nagpapasalamat ang Sapang Bato Elementary School (SBES) sa patuloy na suporta ng Angeles City Local Government Unit (LGU) sa pangunguna ni Hon. Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin III, at sa Schools Division Office of Angeles City sa pangunguna ni SDS Engr. Edgard C. Domingo, PhD, CESO V at ASDS Rosalin S. Muli, PhD, CESO.

Sa ilalim ng Project SAFEST at Project FUNDS, ang bawat grade level ay nabigyan ng isang pail ng pintura at mga painting materials na pinondohan sa pamamagitan ng Special Education Fund (SEF). Ang programang ito ay malaking tulong sa pagpapanatili ng malinis, maayos, at ligtas na kapaligiran para sa ating mga mag-aaral at g**o.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong walang sawang suporta sa edukasyon at sa patuloy na pagtugon sa mga pangangailangan ng ating mga paaralan. Ang inyong malasakit ay nagbibigay inspirasyon upang lalo pa naming mapagbuti ang serbisyong pang-edukasyon para sa bawat batang SBESian.

Ang tunay na learning continuity ay may malasakit — alam kung kailan hahayo, maghihinay-hihinay, hihinga, at hihinto. 🚦

Sa 4H framework ng Education in Emergencies policy, tinitiyak na tuloy-tuloy ang pagtuturo at pagkatuto sa kabila ng mga emergency habang inuuna ang kaligtasan at kalagayan ng learners, teachers, at school personnel.
