Dear students,

Here is our Face-to-Face special prelim exam schedule for General Engineering courses.

General Guidelines:

The students are expected to be in proper uniform wearing their IDs.
>Wearing of cap, or anything similar, is strictly prohibited.
>30 minutes grace period will be given to the students to be allowed to take their special examination. Students who came in later than 30 minutes will not be allowed to take the exam.
Students are not allowed to use their cellphones during examination.
The students cannot go to comfort rooms for the first 30 minutes of the exam schedule.
Only calculators and pens are allowed to be used by the students during examinations. Other materials such as tables necessary in answering their exams will be allowed, given that the proctor and exam creator allowed it.
More specific guidelines will be discussed by your proctor.

Note: Students who failed to send their excuse letter to Engr. Gundran, you may come to the venue and have her assess your excuse letter (signed by your parent/guardian).
